No difference on my daughters sleeping. Put on her feet 15 minutes before bed. Then she thinks it’s party time 15 minutes after. She still fights bedtime.

The “TFSUDI Magnesium Lotion for Kids, Magnesium Lotion For Sleep, Topical Magnesium Cream Helps Stay Calm at Bedtime and During The Night, Gentle Natural Calming Cream for Restful Sleep, Relaxation (2Pcs)” Smells good,it’s a very light lavender scent that is not at all over powering. The ingredients listed on the product tub a generally accepted as safe. In that it is made in China and there are no certifications of safety or efficacy we are on our own if we use it. The FDA or other US government agencies don’t inspect these products. I’ve used magnesium for muscles cramps in many forms over the years. Epsom Salts is a version most of us are aware of for home use. I tried this cream on my wrists and legs to see if I would notice a difference. I did not notice any difference in my skin,other than a slight powdery feel after the cream dried. I didn’t get any muscle cramps,which is a benefit of magnesium in humans. I use magnesium supplements so I am well aware of the benefits. I don’t feel like my sleep was changed,but the ritual of applying a cream is relaxing and pleasant. This is a pricey product,but if it makes your child relax and go to sleep easily it may be worth it. I don’t like that the actual amount of magnesium and other ingredients are not listed and that there is no testing reference on safety of the product’s ingredients.

Super creamy but absorbs well!
My daughter loves the Dr. Teals sleep time lavender lotion and it’s made a significant difference in our nightly routine and she’s learning to take care of herself and her skin. Thought we’d give this a try but I wasn’t quite expecting to like it as much as we do.To start, I like the ingredients. It truly is good for sensitive skin. She has had issues in the past with some products and has not with this. It’s thick and really creamy, but it absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave your skin feeling clammy or oily. Afterwards, it’s REALLY soft. The softness doesn’t last long, but it’s nice. I used it on my cuticles and hands which are incredibly chapped and dry. It didn’t burn and I could relate what it’s done to a few days of using working hands.It smells good, but the smell is faint and short lived so if you have a sensitive nose it should be fine.A little goes a long way, but the bottles were not completely full. One was about 3/4 and the other was only about half. That’s my only complaint about this product and the only reason for dropping a star. It comes sealed in a 2 pack, then the individual bottles are sealed and one of those foil like seals below the lid. I appreciate that.

Soft and pleasant scent
I got this for my son, who has trouble sleeping. His legs sometimes bother him at night, so I thought this could help. Since there are two containers, I claimed one for myself, since my legs keep me up at night sometimes, too. The scent is pleasant. It triggers a bit of nostalgia, but I don’t know what I recognize the scent from. The lotion is easy to apply and rubs in well. It doesn’t leave any kind of sticky feeling, just soft skin. We can’t say that it helps, but the soft lotion and the pleasant scent is relaxing, so that helps at least.
