Great product
Itâs a great defuser for the price. The functions is a bit difficult to understand at first but thereâs a learning curve to it. Auto shut off works wonderfully. The noise at 1st has a slight hum to it but it is very bare able. Iâm very amazed at how much water you can fill into this unit but realistically the more water the more drops of oil you might need. Overall great product

Beautiful, and relaxing. Best Buy! So easy to use and clean! Iâve never had a diffuser that was so easy to clean. It holds a lot of water and that means less time filling and fixing it. It looks great and so cheap for how long this product will last! It is made out of very durable materials. The scents last forever and very easy to change them.

Almost Perfect
I donât usually leave reviews, but in this case I felt I should. This is the 2nd diffuser I bought. The first one was terrible. Different make and model. More expensive. With more expensive oil. Really wanted to try again. So glad I did! This one is fantastic. I have barely had to fill it. And when I do, the lid lifts right off. Doesnât get stuck because itâs too sticky on the inside. The room smells so good within 2 minutes, and I havenât added oil in weeks. Found the best oil!!! Smells like baby powder. Itâs fantastic. And only $10 for a big bottle. Only reason it got 4 out of 5 stars is because of the remote. I use this is my bedroom. The remote is literally 5 feet away from the unit when I am laying down. I measured. And it doesnât work. Other than that, itâs fantastic!!!

Doesnât stay on
I love the look of this but the directions are confusing. I turned it on and the mist was strong. I wanted to time it to stay on continuously but there is no indication on the buttons located on the front or the remote of how long it is set for.The buttons donât work well so you have to use the remote. Anyway sometimes it would run for a few hours and then shut off. I returned it after 2 days of using it.
I am changed my rating to 5 stars because of the excellent customer support. Although I didnât keep the diffuser customer support wrote me back to make it right. I really appreciated that! Making the directions easier to understand would be a benefit for this diffuser.

Very popular with staff and folks who visit my Unit in my Assisted Living Facility!
At first I rated it poorly because it seemed to stop working after I used it for several weeks. I have used them before. Later in the day, it did work after I plugged it in again. I am sorry for writing a poor review. The first time it does give up a lovely aroma and people in the hallways where I live to enjoy walking near the room because of the nice room coming from the doorway.
