Great addition to a self care routine!
In the past, I havenât been able to get into journaling because I didnât know what to write about. This journal has amazing prompts that focus on a different topic every two weeks. I have been incorporating this journal into my night routine, and it has really helped. I highly recommend this journal to focus on yourself more and relax!

I haven’t finished it yet
It’s a book full of Journaling prompts. The beginning focuses on becoming a friend to yourself. I’d recommend it to anyone that may need help with self love or self discovery.

An enormously helpful guide to yourself, your thoughts and your feelings.
This is a lovely paper back book, beautifully designed and scattered with inspiring quotes on life and living. If you use it daily, doing each exercise laid out for you in the space to write your response, it will serve you better than an hour a day with a kindly therapist and not cost you a penny more than the mere cost of the book. It’s a wonderful guide for self-exploration.
