Beautiful Diffuser, but came with a crack inside
I was so excited about receiving this diffuser because I needed an a larger one. I didn’t realize it had a crack on the inside and began using it. Then my husband told me water was leaking out underneath. I couldn’t figure out why until he noticed the crack. He said the problem is that when the screw was put in underneath on that side they torqued it too tight and that caused the crack inside the plastic casing. So I’m very disappointed, because I didn’t anticipate a problem with it and threw out all the packaging, and have have nothing to send it back with. I was just going to try and contact the seller but then noticed other customers are having the same issue. I think if you look at where the crack is you may find a screw on the bottom side just underneath. So if the manufacturer can speak to assembly, I believe it would resolve the issue and they would receive better reviews in that regard. The machine puts out a wonderful scent with the oils, and if it weren’t for the crack I would be using it 24 hours a day. I love the machine over all and wish it didn’t have the crack inside. If you order one and happen to get one with no crack in it, you will absolutely love it!

Nice for the money
This is the second one I have bought. The first one while cleaning got water into the motor I think and stopped working. I had it for at least 3 years, so got another one. It’s nice and quite. It’s in our room so at night the light can be off. Good value.

This is a great diffuser. The trick is finding a good essential oil for it. Finally was recommended to use Gya essential oil for diffuser & itâs even better smelling now. Works great

Has a Timer
This is a useful diffuser. It isn’t much different that other diffusers I have purchased, except that it has a timer, which is why I purchased it. I like that I can plug it in and set the timer to 1, 3 or 6 hours. It comes with some essential oils, but they seem inferior. I will use a different brand in it. So far so good, but I do think it is overpriced. Wish it had come without the cheap oils. An update. The diffuser works well, however, the plastic that is made from really holds the scent of whatever oil you use. If you want to used different oils, the scents will cling to the plastic. I had used lemongrass and now the lemongrass scent is present no matter how much I tried to clean it or use a different oil. I would change my review to 3 stars.
