This journal Is a great motivator
I really love this journal. I have the original journal which Iâm 66 days into and the follow up journal for future journaling. Iâm amazed how knowing that I will be filling out an area that says what good deeds have I done, what was great in my day, what can I do to improve? Has helped motivate me to look for things to be grateful for, to look for the good deeds to do., etc. I just really love the journal. There are also some very thought-provoking questions and a monthly rating of where you are with various factors in your life and it was very cool to look at my month of April and compare it to May. I canât wait to look at my June month ratings. I highly recommend this journal.

Great resources for gratitude practice
This is my second journal and I’m about to buy the third. It’s an easy and practical way to nurture gratitude and self-reflection on a daily basis. Even if I miss a day or two, it’s easy to pick up again and continue on. The monthly self-reflection questions are really insightful and help me pause to think more about my values and progress in life. The weekly check-ins and goal settings help bring focus to my personal and professional life for the upcoming week. I find this little notebook really helpful. It won’t change your life overnight, but I’ve noticed small positive changes over time and that’s enough for me to continue on the journey.

Best journal for mindfulness, setting intentions!
I was very skeptical to buy a $30 journal, but this has been a GAME CHANGER for me. Have been using it now for 6 months. It is amazing at making me set intentions for the day. It has made me more mindful and productive. I love this!!!!

Short and Sweet Gratitude
I’ve bought this diary twice now as I loved it so much my first time using it and wanted to keep up the habit. The quotes and prompts are great and I liked the longer monthly reflections and challenges, as well as the ease of integrating in the start and end of my day. My only piece of feedback is that the diary is exactly the same each year. I wish they would offer a set of new quotes and prompts to keep it fresh for those folks who want to keep it going but it was high quality and also has great free resources included.

Same quality as the first version
The format is similar to the first version of the book, but it has a different layout for the weekly check in. The quotes are almost the same as the first book too. Its still one of my favorite parts of my morning and evening routine.

Great activity to do with a partner

Great journal..but…there is some sort of coating on the pages? My favorite pen won’t glide over the page, leaving the strokes in my words broken. My pen has never done this before. I tried other pens on the journal pages and some work and some do not. Bummer.
