Beautiful and effective
I absolutely love this diffuser. Beautiful in my room and fills my condo with scent. It’s very important that you pay attention to the fill line. If you overfill, it will continually shut itself off. If you follow directions, it runs for hours. Love it.

Calming and beautiful
I have a number of diffusers but this one gets used most frequently. In fact, it gets moved from room to room. The container is the same as another brand we have but this one seems to last longer between refills. Very easy to clean. Very likely to recommend.

Mist does settle quite a bit onto surface
First let me state that I have other essential oil diffusers and have had them for a few years. What I liked about this diffuser is that the ambience it creates is a lot better than changing lights. I thought that for the fall, holiday and winter seasons the flame effect would be very nice. And it is. Unfortunately, unlike my other diffusers, the mist settles on the immediate surface which you place it on which then results in small puddles. Fortunately, it wasn’t wood. I know you could place a dish of some sort underneath it, but it would have to be a fairly large dish. I am debating returning it or keeping it. If I do keep it, I will probably use it on the patio to create the effect and ambience. I found some essential oils that mimic a campfire, smores, dirt, and a few others for an outdoorsy effect. My patio is small so this should work. The four stars are for the unit quality, price and ambience. The missing star is for the mist that settles on the immediate surface. Other than that, it is worth a shot if you are interested in this item.

I wish I could vote no stars
This piece of junk is god awful. I had purchased one in hope of humidifying my room a bit and disperse some essential oils to help with better sleep. Lemme tell ya how wrong this was. I got this thing and already saw it looked cheaply made and was completely made from plastic and twigs. I’ve seen better handy work from squirrels. The motor for the fan does not work at all, the thing meant to bubble and I suppose boil the water. Barely did anything, the amount of steam was terrible. I probably would have a better chance hitting a Juul and produce more smoke than this piece of junk. All and all. Terribly made, doesnt work. And I wish I could give this thing Zero stars. Terrible product

So cool
I got this to use in a play for our church. We needed a fire that could be put in an altar(golden birdbath) that would symbolize the prayers of the saints. Pro is because I bought it I get to keep it for my own use afterwards. It is so cool. It actually looks like a fire and is color changing. Also, very cool trick. You can actually power it those little battery packs you get for your phones. We had practice last night and it stayed on with one of those for almost an hour. Looked so cool. Will add pictures from the play next week so you can see. I love it. Highly recommend

Super cute! Relaxing to look at. I wish it had an option to automatically shut off after a few hours like my other infusers. I put it on at night and still going in the morning. I feel like it may not last as long having it running so many hours of the day. Time will tell I guess 🙂 🤞
