nice for professional use
The fact that this warms towels is wonderful news. Very simple to use, and they are kept from contacting the interior by the metal tray that is supplied. The bad news is that it is little and is most effective with slightly moist towels. I was intending to use this for regular bath towels after taking a shower, however my towel is too big to fit inside and is difficult to remove quickly. It did function well when it was dry as well. I refrained from attempting wet/damp as it would not function as a towel for drying off.

Works okay but with some limitations
The good news is this does warm towels. Super easy to use, and the included metal tray keeps them from touching the inside. The bad news is that it’s not very big and works best with damp/wet towels. I was hoping to use this for normal bath towels after showering, but my towel barely fits in, and then ends up being hard to get out quickly after a shower. Also, it did work okay with it dry. I didn’t try wet/damp because then it wouldn’t work as a towel to dry off.I realize where this is best is for smaller hand/face towels if you want a spa-like experience with a hot, damp towel. If that’s what you’re looking for then it’s great. But if you want a way to warm your bath towels then you probably need something larger and that uses another heating method.
