Guidance for daily affirmations and positivity!
Iâve been working hard to help my girls change their mindset. And mine as well. No matter how we feel or how hard we try to be positive, it helps to have some motivation. Something to guide you and to follow. Everyoneâs lives are so busy these days. Itâs easy to get Frustrated or let stress take over. I feel itâs very important that everyone take the time even if itâs a few minutes to recognize something positive or write down things youâre grateful for. It truly can make a difference. This is a great set, with several different cards that you can use as a guide for journaling. Just positive quotes to repeat. Nice that it comes with as well that also have positive affirmations written on them. I really like this for my family and it would make a great gift idea as well for all ages. The cards are made of good quality stock and are thick. One suggestion, it would be helpful if it came in some sort of case or box. To keep them protected and organized when not use. But overall, definitely recommend!

Pens with the same sayings as the books!
I love the muted colors! I especially like that not only do the pens match but there are sayings on the pens that match the sayings on the books. These little items make special, small gifts, I will make up little gift bags of gratitude, keep them in my purse, then when I’m out I give them out, if I could be kind to others all the rest of my days it would make me happy. I find people every where I go. I appreciate companies that produce items like these, I put them to good use, especially when they’re well made like this set is!
