It does not work and never did. Waste money
This product was defective. It was installed by a handyman and since it did not work I call in an electrician. He checked my outlet and ascertained that all was well. Told me the product was not functioning. Unfortunately the towel warmer is MOUNTED on the wall, this is why I needed a handyman. I have not been able to return the product because I need to hire someone to remove it from the all. I would advise anyone NOT TO PURCHASE THIS ITEM. NO STAR! Forced to use 1 star in order to submit
