Don’t burn properly
These candles do not burn properly. I love candles, I tend to buy a new one once or twice a month. These candles do not want to stay lit at all. The first time I used it I went to check on it and had to relight the candle 4 times. Once it is “lit” it barely burns hot enough to melt all the wax and ends up tunneling. I saw so many positive reviews and I was so excited to try these candles! They had all the scents I love! Did they change the type of wood wick?? Very disappointed I wasted close to 30 dollars on this set.I should say I have had many types of candles in the past, including wood wick styles like this one. Never once have I had an issue with this type of wick. I would avoid buying this candle set if you can.

AOOVOO Wood Wick Soy Candle
Purchased 27JUN24 for $16.99 – This 9 ounce, 3-1/2 inch high candle has a lovely smell which is a combination of mahogany, teakwood, and amber. If you light the candle and listen closely, you can actually hear the wooden wick crackle. Just don’t get too close or you might set your hair on fire! Love that the candle is made from soy as it burns a lot cleaner than non-soy candles. Check out this candle if you’re looking for a gift for that special male in your life. There are about 11 other scents sold by AOOVOO and I believe any of those scents would be a hit. Recommend the seller and this product!

Nice candles -buy.
The candle smell very good but the biggest problem is they don’t really have a wick. They use a paper cardboard wick, and because of this they keep going out. They don’t stay lit. I don’t think I’d buy these again.
