My everyday lotion – Very nice scent
This lotion is really nice. Light but moisturizing and I love the scent. Its not floral and not soapy. Its just really pleasant. Its basically my signature scent. Found it initially in a local store years ago but the sweet little ladies who owned the store retired so I turned to Amazon for it. I have ordered it 7 times through amazon and have had consistent quality in the lotion itself. A couple times the bottle has arrived broken though. Luckily amazon shrink wraps it so that the lotion doesn’t get all over, but if I didn’t have my previous empty bottle to transfer it into I would have been pretty disappointed. One time the bottom was busted out of the bottle, another time the top pump was sheared off. No biggie for me, but if it was a first time purchase I probably would have thrown the whole thing away due to the inconvenience of finding another vessel to store it in. Will buy again 100%

    Calming and Moisturizing
I was introduced to this lotion in 2008/2009 when I went to FaceLogic in Las Vegas (I had won a free facial in a contest). During one part of the facial, the tech massaged my shoulders, arms, and hands with a delightful lotion – which turned out to be this one. And, I bought it that day (picture is from one of my 2009 visits). This was back when this lotion came in a metal container. As I have sensitive skin, it was a treat to find something soothing, calming, and moisturizing. It literally calmed my skin down. And, that huge 18fl oz bottle lasted a long time (well over 3-4 months), considering I paid $25 for it back in 2008/2009 (and surprisingly, the price hasn’t increased in the past 10 years). So, it has remained a decent value. The scent, for me, wasn’t overwhelming so that someone could smell me across the room, but it was noticeable so I could detect it. I used it more for a bedtime routine as a result since I found scent quite relaxing. I slept a lot better after using it on my hands, arms, neck, and shoulders. According to the description, it has “subtle green fragrance notes of soy and rice, with the slightest hint of vanilla” – I found it smelled more like shea, milk, and soy. And, even though I wasn’t into the no “paraben, sulfate, or gluten” at the time, it is nice to know this has none of those in it.I would usually get the lotion at the facial place every so often. So I was pleasantly surprised to find it here on Amazon for the same price as it would get it at the facial salon, and that also saves gas money. It is STILL the same lotion formula I remember, even 10 years later. The quality has not changed. The texture is thicker than most brand lotions found in supermarkets, but not like a paste. It easily absorbs into the skin and I only need a few small pumps. For my hands? Barely two pumps. I have not found a comparable lotion on the market at all. Nothing has come close to this lotion and I have tried a lot since I was a teenager (over 25+ years ago).I’m not sure how I feel about the switch from the metal container to plastic though or the reasoning for it, maybe it was something to do with transportation costs or the product quality reduction/degradation over time. I didn’t store it for more than 6 months so I can’t accurately rate that.I will say that as the metal container got empty, I would store it upside down so the lotion slid out, and it slid out quite easily. No product waste – I got every bit of lotion in the container. I’ll be curious to see how this container holds up with that practice as it nears the end … though likely not for a while.

    Best. Lotion. EVER!
This lotion, well, *LONG sigh*, is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.!!! I was first introduced to this lotion about 10 years ago at a spa, and I fell in love with the scent. Unfortunately, I had no clue where to buy it after we relocated to another state. Finally, I found it on Amazon, and I am SO thankful for that! One of the biggest perks about this lotion is that it is NOT greasy–not at all. It is so smooth, thick, and moisturizing that you will NOT regret purchasing it. Although it is expensive, you need to understand that a little really does go a long way with this lotion. I use maybe about two full pumps for my entire body. To give you a time frame, I placed my last order in May of 2017, and I am now re-purchasing in December 2017. So, although you are paying $25 for one container of lotion, rest assured that you will get about 6-7 months worth of lotion.Another MAJOR benefit of this lotion is the moisturizing ability. I have VERY dry skin, and when I just don’t have time to apply it in the morning because I’m running late, my skin will become very itchy. You know how sometimes when you apply lotion and it stings because your skin is so dry? Well, when my skin becomes that dry, this lotion does not sting; nor does it cause any irritation. I used to have to apply lotion immediately after getting out of the shower when I shaved my legs (when I used other lotions). If I didn’t, I’d end up with this crazy stinging sensation on my legs–followed by red bumps from irritation. Not with this stuff!!! The difference in this lotion compared to others is substantial–it’s the reason I’m willing to pay a whole $25 for “luxury” lotion!I recommend this lotion to everyone!! The way it leaves my skin feel is just exhilarating. I will never use another lotion!

    Great lotion-bad packaging
I really like this brand; however, this is the second time that the lotion bottle arrived dented. It could not be given as a gift because it didn’t reflect the quality gift that it was. I won’t be ordering from them again.
