Product Did Not last 9 Months no part Replacements
April 2024. I purchased this product in June 2023. And the plastic pads that allow screws to connect the feet and poles have broken so the towel warmer can not be safely used. I reached out to the seller to request replacement parts and the initial communication from the seller was a willingness to replacement both items: the pads and the screws; however, the screws were on back order and would take a month if I wanted to wait or I could source them locally. I asked that the pads be sent ASAP and when the screws were in stock they could follow-up, the towel warmer is unusable and unsafe. Then the company replied, it was their day off and no timeframe when the replacement parts would be provided. The product did not last 9 months. This is a scam company and the product is inferior. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. This vendor should be banned from Amazon.My initial review of the product in June 2023.I have had a wall mounted towel warmer for decades. This is the first aluminum and floor stand model. Consequently, there are some factors, other than size, that need to be considered with this model. First, The bathroom outlet location and the bar control feature. In the picture with the towel that is the only way I can place the unit to access the only bathroom outlet and the toilet paper, In this configuration, the control switch is on the back side of the left leg of the bar, which requires me to lean over and under to adjust. I just leave it on all the time anyway but for those who want to make adjustments, this is a factor to consider.In the second picture, without the towel, is another placement in the bathroom which would provide access to the control panel but not the toilet paper. This is was not an option.The towel bar is aluminum, which means it is very light weight, so as a floor use, it should be somewhere that a child could not trip over or fall against. This model can be wall mounted.And finally, the only assembly are the legs which attached so simply. The only reason it is a 4-star and not a 5-star is the lack of flexibility with the control switch.

Good product!
The product is light weight and good material. I was not dissappointed, this one is really nice. First off, it comes with all the parts, and all the parts are really nice quality too. It fits in my bathroom ,really convenient to keep the towels warm and also reduce the bacteria. we use it to dry the towels after shower, spreading the towel helps speed up the drying time, No more damp towels in the hamper until laundry day, they donât even smell dirty. No cons, exactly what I was looking for where I am very happy with the purchase.
