Sophisticated Fragrance.
This candle has a very sophisticated scent. It’s very masculine and smoky with a hint of wood and spice. Imagine a gentleman’s club with mahogany paneled walls, antique Queen Anne furnishings and the finest whisky flowing. That’s what the scent of this candle reminds me of. It is very pleasant.The packaging is very nice. The candle comes wrapped in a black mesh bag. Unfortunately, that is squished into bubble wrap and tossed into an Amazon box. This would be a premium gift idea if it came in its own branded box. I think the company would very much benefit from an upgrade. Such an expensive candle could be ready to present as a gift .That aside, you can tell that it is a high quality blend and it smells divine.

STRONG and wonderful scent⦠until you light it
This candle has an incredibly strong scent when not lit. As soon as I opened the package, it hit me like a wave. The smell even lingered on my hands after opening! The smell is very pleasant and warm. Theres a musky undertone. Iâm someone who suffers from migraines and Iâm always extremely sensitive to smells. For an example, if incense it lit I immediately develop one. Iâm usually very hesitant to get anything scented online because of this, but this candle sounded like it smelled amazing and I had to give it a try. It really does smell wonderful. I have a strong sense of smell and even unlit I can smell it from my couch when itâs by my tv. Itâs faint from that distance of course, but itâs there and itâs great. Lighting it, however, is odd. It doesnât have as strong of a scent as other candles when burning. It does seem to have a very long burn time which I love, but I wish the scent was stronger when burning. The look of this candle is also very sleek and attractive. It came packaged nicely and there was no damage. I do think it is somewhat overpriced though. Candles with long burn times being more pricey is to be expected and Iâm willing to spend extra for that. But because of the weaker aroma when burning, I think the price tag should be lowered and thatâs why Iâve deducted a star.

Nice candle that smells fantastic
I love the way this smells. It smells like a man that I would like to cuddle up with. The candle has a lot of longevity and puts off a fabulous smell without being overpowering. It’s still relatively subtle. The candle itself is in a very simple black glass container that doesn’t have a loud label on it and it blends into decor easily. That’s something I really enjoy about it. I often want a nice candle but tire of looking at the loud labels on the outside of them. This is chic and would make an excellent addition to a gift bag or stocking during the holidays.

Greasy, not very fragrant candle.
I like candles. Big fan. I keep one burning in my home office regularly. When I had the opportunity to try something new via the Vine program I jumped on it.Let’s say… I’m glad I got this for free because if I’d actually paid the $45 or so dollars this is advertised for, I would have been very disappointed.On the plus side, it seems to burn very clean and very evenly. Which better than a lot of candles these days.But that’s unfortunatly about the only good thing I can say. The candle itself is very oily which affects the container it is in. You will want to put this on something to protect whatever surface it is sitting on.More to the point… where’s the aroma? When it’s not burning it has a pleasant enough scent. But when lit, it’s almost non-existent. You know how if you sit in a room with a candle too long the smell vanishes but when you leave the room and come back in you smell it all over again? Not so with this one.And, I don’t know why this candle is priced so high. If this was the single best smelling candle I’d ever gotten I would think the price is too high.The more I write this review, the more generous I think I’m being with the 3-star review…

Luxurious candle!
This candle is elegant and smells amazing plus it’s not too overwhelming! It can take a while to notice the scent but it does smells like what is advertised… a musky amber and sandalwood scent. The longevity is great… I burned it for hours and it still looks brand new. The wick was easy to light and stayed lit effortlessly… it actually took a few times of trying to blow it out to get it out.This candle is luxurious… it’s perfect for creating a relaxing and cozy environment. I highly recommend… the quality is superb and it’s a good value for the money. I love it!

Nice Aroma for mood setting.
I received this order in early February, not exactly one of our warmer months, but we do get some 80 degree days in there sometimes. My candle came melted and pretty much of a mess. The wick was buried in the re-dried wax, but I was able to melt it in the microwave and pretty much recenter the wick. after some quick fixes, I was able to enjoy its exquisite aroma.The blend of leather, sandalwood, and amber creates a rich and soothing fragrance that truly elevates the ambiance of any room. The scent is luxurious and reminiscent of high-end hotels, providing a perfect balance of warmth and sophistication.What impressed me the most was the candle’s longevity. With an 80-hour burn time, it offers excellent value for money, ensuring that my home remains fragrant for extended periods.
