How to set big/small mist mode?
The diffuser is powered on in Big mist mode by default, you can long press the MIST button on diffuser or press the Big/small button on remote control to adjust mist density, two beeps for small mist and one beep for big mist.

Had a problem with the diffuser. Would shut off while there was still plenty of water in it. Contacted Asakuki and they are replacing it. I have 2 more Asakuki diffusers and after a slight hiccup with the first one it’s fine. Customer service with Asakuki is great..They really stand by their products. Their Essential oils are very nice as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another of their diffusers.

Itâs small so I find Iâm filling up the water every 2 days which is a bit annoying but It does perfectly on my nightstand. Itâs powerful and quiet. Easy to use and looks exactly like the picture. Remote is very helpful bonus to this product!

I bought three diffusers for my store, thinking having the same diffusers would have a more uniform look and be nicer. Unfortunately, one diffuser completely broke, and the other one won’t work without the remote control. I initially thought I was just unlucky with the first one breaking so soon, but then the second one stopped functioning without the remote after only six months. If the remote worked reliably, it wouldn’t be as big of an issue, but I often have to press it at least three times to turn the diffuser on and off, which is quite annoying. I am now looking for a better quality diffuser.

Very disappointed.
I was excited to get diffuser but within a week that changed to disappointment. First of all, it is much smaller than I expected, which is my fault because apparently I didn’t look at measurements. It’s very pretty but, no matter how you set timer, it only stays on for 2 or 3 hours. The different color lights were pretty, but within a week some of the colors disappeared; now I only have lime green & turquoise. The final straw happened today when the remote completely stopped working & I am disabled & it’s difficult for me to use so I’ll be purchasing another from different manufacturer.

Perfect Size for my Office
It’s the perfect little pick me up when i get to my office. I turn it on and have a lovely scent to start the day. I use the remote without issue and it lasts all day. I like that the light is subtle and doesn’t cover the whole surface so it isn’t disturbing. I bought a second one for my bedroom.

Sieht optisch ok aus, hat leider keinen Akku (..wohl mein Fehler..), braucht demzufolge ständig eine Verbindung per USB. Das macht eine freie Aufstellung problematisch. So ist der technische Zustand des Artikels zumindest bei mir. Gott sei Dank funktioniert die FB! Also manuell die Farbe einzustellen, ist zumindest bei dem Teil eine Qual. Farbe eingestellt, geht der Apparat nach 5 Minuten aus. Einschalten per FB und befüllt, funktiontiert das Ganze recht gut. Der verströmte Geruch ist unaufdringlich, es kommt auf die jeweilige Ãlmenge an. Also eine individuelle Sache. Beim zweiten Mal finden sich überall vor, hinter und unter dem Gerät kleine Pfützen. Merkwürdig, ich habe eine intensive Untersuchung vorgenommen, finde aber keine sichtbare Undichtigkeit. Eventuell eine Montagsvariante. 😉 Ich beobachte die Sache weiter. Es gibt ja noch die Möglichkeit der Rückgabe.Update 18.01.2024:Heute begann die Elektronik zu kurzzeitig zu kollabieren. Ein munteres An und Aus der LED’s über etwa 30 Minuten. Die Folge: Kein Betrieb möglich. Danach herrschte trügerische Ruhe. Der Diffuser machte wieder seine Arbeit. Werde das Ganze weiter beobachten.
