d-alpha tocopherol
The 4oz bottle is big, will last me many months, maybe a year, we’ll see. I mainly ordered this for the wrinkles on my face but then my granddoggy accidentally scratched my leg so I’ve been using it for the scar as well. But before purchasing this particular brand, I had been researching some other Vitamin E oils so don’t be fooled, it has to say d-alpha tocopherol. Synthetic versions will say dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate. Thus, out of all the Vitamin E oils I had been looking at on Amazon, this one from Bella Terra said it’s ingredient was organic Vitamin E made out of wheat germ. Although the label does not say non-GMO I hope it’s not from a GMO crop. If you are into researching stuff, there are many articles, info, research papers on Vitamin E and the synthetic forms. But mainly the natural form (d-alpha tocopherol) is what your body absorbs best. Since this is for topical use, I suggest if you are looking for oral Vitamin E, do your research. There are some studies that suggest the synthetic form can cause cancer, but don’t take my word for it as I’ve only come across two studies done on mice back in the 90’s. Also, keep in mind that if you are allergic to gluten use a little bit first to see if you have any reaction as wheat germ contains gluten.So far I am very pleased with this product because 4 oz will go a long way. The price was great and while I don’t expect a miracle wrinkle eraser, I like how my face looks more radiant, wrinkles are less noticeable when I apply it and my skin isn’t so dry in certain areas. I’ve only been using it for a little over a week so we’ll see how my wrinkles improves in a few months. I also have another scar near my right eye. It is an old scar but I’m hoping it will help with the appearance of it as well.Also want to add that since it is oily, you don’t need more than a few drops (less if you have oily skin). I wouldn’t recommend putting it on under makeup though, but that’s just me. My skin does feel oily so I try to use mostly at home and every night. For work or going out, I’ll use about two drops that I mix with another moisturizer I have and apply it to the dry areas on my face (mainly around my eyes) and my neck. Any excess oil I feel, I pat it with a tissue. You don’t want to go out looking like an oily fried face.So be an informed shopper, do your research make sure it says d-alpha tocopherol.

Wtf?!! Fastest working product I’ve ever used!
I used this one my face once! One time! And the next morning I kid you not my face was clearer and smooth and my pores were less noticeable! I am amazed at how quickly this worked for me and cannot wait to see if it works for my slightly dark under eyes that just recently developed! I swear I already see a difference in them but I’ll check back once it’s been a few weeks! This product is legit! It smells and looks exactly how it’s supposed to when dealing with vitamin E in its pure form with nothing else!

Simply the Absolute BEST Vitamin E Oil I have EVER Used! 5 Stars!!
I have used this oil for almost a year and it is totally awesome! It is the best vitamin E oil out there period! When searching for a vitamin E oil make sure you’re NOT getting tocopherol acetate as this is the synthetic form and it is derived from a vinegar so it can have the opposite effect that you would expect from a vitamin E oil. In other words, if it’s synthetic it can be drying. This is not the case with this wonderful oil! It is nicely textured; not too heavy or too light so it spreads evenly and nicely over skin. I am 48 with a tendency towards dry skin but I look years younger than my age. I purchased this bottle of oil last January and it’s now December and I still have quite a bit left in my bottle so it definitely lasts a long time!I highly recommend this oil for an excellent moisturizing skin oil! Purchase with absolute confidence. I imagine you won’t be disappointed. Another plus is that there is no fragrance in this oil. I have used some vitamin E oils that smell somewhat stale or weird. Very, VERY good product! Thank you so much for taking a good care of its quality. This is the second time I purchased liquid vitamin E for my skin care. I had skin irritation in my forehead a few years ago, my doctor’s advice was to give up my make up and use certain soap for a few weeks until it healed. But it persisted and even spread to some other areas of my face even after three years without any make up. I thought it would be the cross I had to bear for the rest of my life… Then I tried a popular brand of vitamin E that I saw at Walgreens in the liquid form in a small bottle one day. It’s been almost a year and my skin started to get better. But this oil feels MUCH better. It feels like it is able to penetrate deeper into the skin, may be it does because it is richer. I use it in the morning as a base “foundation,” top it with loose powder and my “make up” stays well till I get home in late afternoon. Oh and I also use it for my lips and find it the best “lip balm” ever!! Now I don’t need to purchase different products for my face, my lips, and my hands and legs. I use this oil for all of those!Takes somewhat long for it to come but it was worth the waiting and it arrived carefully packaged.Thank you, Bella Terra Oils! Please keep your quality as is!!

I have been buying this for years, but the batch I just received has a scent of industrial oil, almost like something you would put into your car. The color is also off too – it is almost reddish brown. The batches I have received for years have been a beautiful deep yellow gold and the scent is of wheat. I can’t receive a refund so I have to inform here! DO NOT PURCHASE
