Awesome; has multiple uses
Great! I add about a tablespoon & a half to a smoothie with the following ingredients each morning:- One handful of frozen pineapple- One & a half handfuls of frozen triple berry blend- One scoop/ serving of whey protein powder (Sixstar Froot Loops flavor)- 30g/ One servering of Hemp Yeah! Protein & fiber blend in Vanilla flavor- One serving of Sunfoods Greens powder- Two-ish cups of waterI put all in my little personal, portable, rechargeable Ninja blender & the smoothie keeps me full for hours & hours on end.Ever since I started using this MCT oil I sleep much deeper & it’s quality! Also, I read a healthy fat content in smoothies helps vitamin absorption.I have also taken a swig straight out of the bottle when I forgot to add it in my morning breakfast blend, and it was completely tasteless. I can’t smell it (if it has a smell it’s super subtle.) The bottle doesn’t leak, and it arrived to me without any leaks or damage.I often roast broccoli with this… I toss a bunch of cut florets in this MCT oil then sprinkle it with salt & white pepper, put it in the oven at 400° for twenty minutes, and it’s literally one of my most favorite things to eat- so much that I eat it daily & often times with multiple meals per day.Also works well as a carrier oil and as a great after shower moisturizer ð

high end products reasonable priced
I’ve done a lot of reseach on MCT oil (In fact, writing a book on longevity), and been taking it with Ghee, macha tea to expand arteries for better delivery , with other goodies, for years. I take 1 1/4 tablespoon 2-3 times a day (with equal ghee). I fast 16 hours daily (I rely on ketones heavily for mitochondria ATP. (BUT ketone only diet is NOT GOOD beyond a short period to regulate glucose, re diabetic. SO it is also important to keep your carbs up with fruit and honey, plus veges, with minimum grain, other than quinoa) Yes there are better MCT oils but at CONSIDERABLY more money. The C8-C10 is almost as good a ratio as products costs MUCH MUCH More. Just put an extra 1/4 tablespoon and you are equal to the expensive stuff. Comments made about the ppor c8-c10 ratio are simply incorrect… sorry, mate.

Great for what I need
I have been using this MCT oil for a while now. I was looking to buy one to add into my coffee in the mornings to have a good brain boost and make sure my cortisol is not spiking when I have coffee and no food to eat. Like the flavor of this MCT oil and find it easy to use in my coffee. I usually use it With a froth, but in a pinch, I just go ahead and add it to my coffee and drink it how it is, although that doesnât give it a good because it does not mix well like that. Itâs a smooth oil and serves a great purpose for what I need it for! Itâs in a plastic bottle if youâre wondering about that⦠I would prefer to be in a glass bottle, but for the cost, I understand it being in plastic. Overall, I think this is a good option for a good quality oil, whatever you need. I would also consider using it dressing! I would definitely recommend this oil to anyone looking for a good quality coconut MCT oil. I also appreciate that when it came, it was not broken or leaking. That was great as I have had that happen with packages in the past.
