It smells more like nuts than a coconut but its a bit greasy. Leaves my skin smooth n soft, for a healthy skin. I use it right after I shower. I bought for skin n hair not for cooking. Habe mir das Ãl zur Zahnpflege zugelegt, mit dem Ziel das Weiss meiner Zähne zu erhalten bzw. zu verbessern. Hat geklappt! Ich nehme jeden Abend einen Esslöffel Ãl und spüle damit meinen Mund aus. Wichtig: am Ende nicht runterschlucken sondern wie gewöhnliches Mundwasser ausspucken und die Zähne putzen.
