Works great
This essential oil diffuser is pretty big. The 3000ml last a long time without refilling. It has a directional attachment to blow out at different angles. Nice and quiet. Comes with 2 small packets of lemon acid for cleaning.

This Diffuser is the best I have ever purchased
To begin with I was extremely interested in the size of the BlueHills 2000mL because having to remember to add water and essential oil to my small ones a couple of times a day was tedious.I bought my first one in May of 2024 and my second one in October of 2024.After 5 months I discovered a small issue of the paint coming off the nebulizer with the one I had purchased in May, so I contacted the BlueHills company directly. I can say that I have not had better customer service from any company that I have had to contact about a defective product. They were very responsive, apologetic, and quickly gave me an unexpected and generous solution.As for product, I do have to clean it a few times a week and thatâs every time the water level reaches the minimum line. I do that with my kitchen sink sprayer and warm water, it seems to get the buildup out of the tiny spaces pretty good. I keep the output dial turned to the 3 oâclock mark, so not on high and it puts out enough fragrance to make the entire front half of my house smell wonderful. My most recent purchased diffuser is in the back half of my house and puts out enough to get all three bedrooms and two bathrooms. My entire house smells amazing, without being overwhelmingly scented.I will be a return customer for this company, not just because of the quality and ease of the product, but for the authentic and kind customer service that I received on a product well out of the Amazon return policy.

Not Working for Me
I just received my 1000 ML XL diffuser today and was excited about it until I set it up. It started out fine, so I closed my bedroom door so that the fragrance could fill the room, when I came back in the room it stopped giving off the mist. I bought the 2500 ML XL July 2023 and it is on now (as Iâm writing this review) and have been since this morning. Iâm returning the 1000 ML and Iâll order the 2500 ML XL like I started to in the beginning. My hesitancy in ordering it in the beginning was due to the fact my bedroom is smaller than my living room and I thought it might give off too strong of a fragrance for the bedroom. Donât get me wrong, I like BlueHillsâ products and will continue to buy from them, this one is just a minor hiccup. ðð½

Donât waste your money
I bought the pair. First when they came in only one was working. The other was leaking from the bottom and would not hold water. I sent it back and they sent me a new one. After one month it stops working! I emailed them and they would not replace it because it was replaced once before. Seems to be a manufacture problem. I paid a good price and expected more. I think itâs a buy at your own risk, bought two â¦.only one actually worked.

This diffuser works great. Water capacity can last hours and very easy to use. Customer service is absolutely great. I had an issue with my unit and a replacement was sent right away. I highly recommend this item.

Lasted 12 hours
My diffuser quit working after 12 hours of use. There is no mist despite having the appropriate water level. I tried emptying it, cleaning it, unplugging it, turning it off and on, and yet it does nothing but blink. Having a 2 L reservoir is a great concept, but clearly it does not work well in reality. This has been very disappointing, not to mention a huge waste of money!UPDATE: I have contacted the manufacturer who has promptly responded and sent a replacement out to me. The replacement diffuser has been working fine with no issues since I received it. Its large capacity has no trouble filling a large room with scent. I am very pleased with how quickly the manufacturer responded and corrected the issue I had with the first diffuser. I wouldnât hesitate to buy again.

Excellent large-volume diffuser
I really like this diffuser. Large water volume (2 litres) and good vapor generation with variable fan to allow adjustment of amount of vapor discharge. I also like the customer service of the seller who immediately replace one of the ones I received that had a defect allowing water to escape from the tank. They replaced it right away with no questions about that being the right customer-focussed approach. I will definitely go back for another when I need one. Cheers, TQ

This is a great humidifier and diffuser in one which is not easy to find in my experienceâ¦when you walk into my condo, you can smell the lavender so I know the diffuser works well. It does require a refill every 24 hours but they are all like that in my experience. The changing colours are pretty without being too overt. The timer option is nice but I just keep it on the low mist option 24/7. No filter to change which is nice.
