This is a nice cream. The picture showed the cream coming in a jar with a lid, but it came in a big tube. I would have preferred the jar, so having a picture of what you are actually getting would be preferable.

flimsy packaging
Seller sent this heavy plastic container of lotion in an ENVELOPE ! The cover was broken. Fortunately I had an extra cover. I also wish they would come up with a better dispenser bottle. When you get down to about an inch from the bottom it stops pumping with lots of product still left. Otherwise the lotion itself is good, works great for massage. Lousy packaging.

I asked the masseuse at the place where I go where they get the lotion they use and she gave me the label. I bought some so I could massage my daughters’ sore muscles after sports practices and it’s great. No odor and perfect creamy consistency without the greasiness afterwards.

I bought this refillable tube to try out a new cream. I figured that if I liked it I would buy a gallon of it and just refill this one with it.The reason I’m giving this product ONE star is that the “Refillable” tube is SEALED, making it impossible to refill.After buying 1 gallon jug of the same cream to refill it, I took off the little gadget at the end to reveal that the end was heat sealed. I went online and checked the questions section to see that it should be an open ended tube to allow me to add more cream. Because I needed to refill it for work, I ended up having to cut off the sealed end to try to fill it that way. This, however, lead to the gadget that’s supposed to clip the open end closed not working. So now I’m left with something I can’t even use.As I looked at my order history, I wanted to reach out to see if there was something that could be done about replacing it, but there was only an option to write a review, or archive the order. So here we are.The cream itself is great! I mean, I did buy a gallon of it. Although it is too thick to go into a refillable pump bottle, so I’m not sure what I will do about using the gallon of cream for my mobile massage practice. I’ll need to find some sort of jar or something.Hoping Amazon sees this and makes it right by replacing the tube.

Great product with no bad chemistry!
I got this for my dad’s weekly massage since he has an aversion to straight oils but I needed more than just moisture cream to achieve a proper glide. We are both well pleased! We have tried many products before but this is by and far the best for us. The absorption is as good as the glide too. My dad’s skin is far less dry in between massages.
