I was having trouble remembering to write down when I took my pills and what ones I took. This book has helped to remind me of not only that but alto to track eating and exercise. The pages have the boxes premade for each type of information, So that motivates me to keep up with all the logging.Both a pro and a con is that the printer decided what to put on the page. I don’t want to track all those things. But If the page was blank I probably wouldn’t be tracking everything I should be doing because i would forget.I don’t think a person would have to keep buying this book over and over. A regular composition notebook would work just fine. Just Tear a page out and use it as a bookmark in the composition note book so you know what to write in. Easy.

Useful product
I love this journal and so did my doctor! I have to track two chronic illnesses and this journal was very helpful. My only downside is that I wished it had a day and night section for vitals for those of us who have to track our vital signs twice per day. Otherwise it was organized and a great value for the price.

This is an awesome detailed book. It was a bit much for daily pages. I would have liked a better medication tracker without having to rewrite each Rx daily.More space to write random comments. More of a free style journal.I appreciate Dr. Appointment pages will order that specific notebook.Again it is greats, but details are awesome if I was doing vitals daily.

If you are taking care of someone this is a must have. I take it with me to appointments and take notes during appts so the family can refer back when needed. Also comes in handy if someone else has to take person to appt. It’s a “One Stop Shop” if you need to know something on the patients history and/or meds.
