    Great Food Journal
    I keep track of carbs and exercise. This has enough space to record weight, blood sugar readings, food, carbs, exercise and totals. The cover is thickish. It’s a perfect size. I bought another one to use after this one.

    I really like this food journal. I have enough space to write down each meal/snack along with each source of total protein, fat, and carb. It has a column for total calories and total water intake for the day. You can even track your steps and exercise. Money well spent plus the cover is very pretty!

    A lot to like, but some tweaks would make it even better
    Overall I’m really happy with this journal. Love the cover (I got the mixed fruit). I love that there’s a page for each day with plenty of room for meals and not a ton of extra fields you may not use. One of the main reasons I bought this particular journal were the goals and weight tracking pages and those are simple to use and work well.A few negatives though – the layout of the pages is kind of weird. Most of the book is daily journal pages but they aren’t separated by week. Instead, in the exact middle of the book is a two-page “weekly summary” thread with 13 fields, one for each week. It’s just a weird way to lay it out because you will have to keep track of what day and week you’re on (and there’s no place to do that on the daily pages) and then remember to flip to the middle of the book and write out your weekly summary at the end of each week. I just think it would make so much more sense to have a single page at the end of every week where you could reflect on the week that just ended and set goals or plans for the coming week. I also wish there were a few more pages to jot down notes, there’s really only a single page at the very end of the book.Another thing that’s a bit annoying is the goal setting page, the very first thing it prompts you to answer is “Why do I want to lose weight?” There are so many reasons for keeping a food journal and not everyone wants to lose weight or wants that to be the primary focus as soon as they start to use the journal. Not a huge deal (you can always just cover it with a sticker or washi tape) but kind of a weird choice because the rest of the journal isn’t in-your-face about weight loss.

    Great Easy Journal
    This is a great food journal. It has textured cover, super cute and looks expensive!The inside is not overwhelming, just right amount of pages. I hate when I cannot make use of some pages so this is perfect. It has a chart for keeping track of your weekly weight loss, a table to track your goals, water intake tracking, vitamin tracking (only a checkbox)…I highly recommend this product. I will definitely repurchase again

    Empowering and Motivating!
    I’ve always wanted a food journal so I can keep track of everything I eat. This journal goes above and beyond because it also lets you log exercise, water intake, fruit and vegetable intake, and if you have taken your vitamins. It also has a page where you can log your weight each week as well as a graph to show your progress. The first page has where you can put why you want to lose weight and milestone goals. What I really like about this journal is that you can put your measurements in it and track that as well. Finally, it has a page where you can rate how your week went. It really motivates me to lose weight. I had read other comments about people not liking it because it uses the word diet but the word diet isn’t bad. We all have a diet so I see no problem with it. It was only $8 and it is definitely worth the price. I had seen other plain black food journals for $15 and not this nice. It has enough room for you to write in it for 13 weeks.

    I love, love, love this food journal! Excellent quality, very well laid out, great size!Very shimmery cover, and the fact that it’s for 13 weeks is really nice. Sets up a decent amount of time for a reasonable target, but it’s not a massive book to make it daunting.Great value for the money in my opinion. I have bought diaries before and abandoned them fairly quickly as the layout just wasn’t good enough to keep me motivated. I can already tell this will give me the motivation I need, I already spent an afternoon putting stickers in it, which I’ve never done before! 😂I’m sure I’ll be using it for the whole 3 weeks, and if I’m not at my target by then, I’ll probably buy a second one!
