There are 5 carrier oils explained in this set. They included – caster oil, virgin coconut oil, sweet almond oil calendula oil and evening primrose oil.The properties of each oil and the history of uses are given for each oil, recipes you can use and then some tips and other uses are given Just plain simple facts are given that anyone working with these oils can use.This is great reference material that should always be on hand.

I got this book with the expectation of having something of value, but it is a total waste of time. I don’t like doing negative reviews, but I wouldn’t advise anyone to get this book.
