This is a kind of nice and refreshing smell that almost to me smells like a woman’s perfume and a kind of flowery type scent would be the best way I can think to describe it. In order to get the best effect I just spray it a bunch through a fan near bedside so it can spread the smell around and then go to sleep with the smell all around me and honestly its quite WONDERFUL.It lingers for multiple minutes if you spray enough but just a few presses of the spray bottle should be good. There is no harsh chemicals or artificial fragrances either, this is as natural and refreshing as you can get and it gives kind of a light sedative feeling and so for what it is, definitely seems to be serving its purpose!
