Due to some incorrect usage methods, There are several reasons that prevent the product not mist out. First we Analyze the reasons for new product delivery to customer: 1.The product does not have a built-in battery and cannot be used as a wireless diffuser. But customer will think this is a wireless diffuser, they may not connect the power supply, and they may think this diffuser is not work. 2. The product must use a more than 1Amp 5V Adapter or USB Charger current less than 1A will not mist out just light on. But there is a lot of Old car USB system the current is less than 1A, also a few Adapter current can not reach 1 A. then Customer will think it is not work. 3.The product can not add too much water, there is a “Max line” on the product, When adding water should lower than the “Max line” if the water higher than the Max line, diffuser will not mist out. 4.The product only with one control button,single press the button is for mist out and light on. But a few customer will long press the light (Long press button is control the light only). when customer long press and it is not mist out, they may think it is not work. Also when product used for a long time , it may not mist out: Customer usually add some essential oils to the water, The essential oil is an oily substance, which may form scabs,the the diffuser may not mist out .The diffuser needs to be cleaned once every 2-3 days. When cleaning, please add some warm water and diluted vinegar, let it sit for 10-15 minutes, and then use a cotton swab to clean the white circle in the middle of the water tank. Then wipe it with a soft cloth.
The Diffuser Size fits great in Car cup holder,usb cord hole in a very suitable position & 1 meter USB cord suitable for most car.
Be careful not to exceed the maximum water level.

Amazing for a winter road trip!
We used this for our 14 hour road trip. When it wasn’t on, my lips were chapped and hands dry… this little device reduced that, making me very comfortable even though the heat was constantly running. It didn’t spill even though we hit some massive bumps. It was nice to have the light to ensure it was running. Brilliant where the plug is, so it fits into a cup holder without a cord being in the way. Button on the perfectly opposite side of the plug, making it easy to find while driving. Can’t recommend this enough!

Was hoping to be able to connect with seller on this item but option not available. Love the looks and for in my car but have tried everything to make work. It does nothing!!! Is the red light suppose to be on consistently? Does it have to be plugged in to work? What am I missing here???

Works as expected, had a smelly odor when unboxing
UPDATE:I have since returned this item. Once it sat in my warm car, the rubber seal around the top device expanded and no longer fit. I decided to not deal with it.4 âï¸âs only for smelly odor!I recently started a job that requires me to use my personal vehicle for travel and decided to purchase this since I use one in my home and like the concept. It arrived quickly, packaged nicely (the USB is inside the device), once I opened the device, it had a VERY strong odor. Itâs hard to explain this in writing but the best I can do is wet dog or stinky feet. My device also differs in appearance and functionality as the one picture. It doesnât have the âair ventâ sticking up, instead it has a wick that fits inside a plastic tube in the center that absorbs both water and essential oil. I placed this in my vehicle yesterday, it fits nicely in my cup holder, the cord is a decent length, I filled with water and my favorite essential oil (orange), plugged it in, it immediately powers on, both lights and mist, but the odor was so bad, I immediately had to roll all four windows down. I assumed after running it for a period of time, the essential oil would absorb in the wick and the smell would dissipate but I was wrong. I brought it inside, poured a small amount of white vinegar, diluted with cold water, in the water tank, removed the wick and set aside, put the plastic tube in the tank with the mixture, dipped a q-tip in the mixture and began cleaning the top piece. I did notice the portion of the wick that goes inside the top piece smelled of the strong odor, so, I rinsed it under cool water and squeezed the excess water out. I poured the mixture out, wiped with a clean, dry paper towel, assembled it, placed back in my car, filled with water (to the MAX line), added a few drops of the same scented essential oil, and it seems to smell better. It doesnât make any noise, itâs nicely built, seems durable, and I have not noticed any leakage! It also has a small opening in the bottom tank to see water level but also has an auto-off function when out. I hope this review helps!

Works great but….
It’s works very well but the charging port makes all type c cables pop out therefore it works but slightest juggle of diffuser and it stops working. Had to make a way to secure cable into charging port.

Awesome little diffuser
I love this diffuser! Itâs small enough to fit in one of the cup holders in the car. You can also use it anywhere in the house!! Itâs worth every penny that I paid for it.

Bad for a car
When I plugged it into my car the lights come on but doesnât produce the mist. I tried it in my house it worked fine. When my kids put thereâs in there car it worked but put a oily film on the windows.I put mine in my bathroom and it works great perfect size for that small room. I also have one in my office at work it works perfectly not to strong just enough to give that space kinda smell.
