Great lotion for a dry-skinned baby in cold northern Winters
Let me start by saying, yes, this lotion is a different consistency from what you are used to with other lotions. It is not a big deal, just a little thinner, and a small amount does go a long way. This lotion is a light yellowish color and has a pleasant, mild scent. I am really sensitive to strong scents, as we do not use any scented detergents or perfumes in our home. That being said, I love something that naturally smells nice and is not overpowering, which is a perfect description of this lotion. I was slightly worried about that after reading some reviews, but it was a non-issue.Living in the brutal Michigan winters, my son’s skin would get easily irritated and dry from bathing, and just generally existing in the cold, dry air. He had sort of these irritated bumps on his upper back because of that, so I was very happy when it cleared up after using this lotion for a couple of weeks. We have now been using this every other day after bath for at least a year and love the results. His skin is soft and moisturized, but this lotion is not too heavy to be used in the summer as well. In that time frame, I have only gone through maybe 2 containers of this, and I would have used that in a few months with most other lotions.

Great product, once again cetaphil
Loved this lotion for my 3 year old! I put it on her as soon as she gets out of the bath for maximum moisture. The bottle was a good hefty size which is great because we use it a lot. My only ‘thing’ is that the lotion isn’t a thick lotion, its like liquid coming out. At first I thought maybe it was hot outside when it was delivered so I put it in the fridge, it was still liquidy after 5 hours and then I read that there’s a lot of essential oils in the lotion which will make it a little more liquid then thick lotion. And it absorbs faster that way so that it doesn’t just sit caked on their clothes. I’m so happy cetaphil decided to do a kids version. My daughter has very mild ezcema mostly triggered when there’s low humidity and the body wash and lotion of this brand heal her in one bath. Will be buying again!!!!!!!! The lotion smells nice and soothing by the way, has a very herbal essential oils smell.

Miracle lotion
The cetaphil baby daily lotion smells great, and works wonders for my babys sensitive skin. All other lotions make him break out. This one however doesnt. I use it twice daily on him though as its thinner than other lotions. But other lotions seem much more greasy. Cetaphil daily lotion isnt. I love it, baby loves it and everyone comments how good he smells. The cetaphil baby OIL moisturizer smells horrible. Make sure you have the right one selected.

Love the smell, love the texture, love how my baby’s skins feels afterwards. It soaks in so quickly and baby skin looks plump and dewy and fresh. Baby smells fresh, too. The lotion is yellow in color due to some of the natural ingredients used (calendula, I think).I was using the regular Cetaphil and the Mustela Hydra Bebe lotion on my child before. I tried this on a whim. She loves it and the fact it’s yellow probably because all her other lotion was white and this new color is interesting to her. This lotion feels and works more like the Mustela than the original Cetaphil, which I like better anyway.I deducted one star because I do not like the packaging. I would much rather prefer a bottle with pump than the squeeze bottle it comes in. Granted the lotion is on the liquid side pour easily and quickly, but the pump is just more convenient when you have a squirmy toddler or baby to deal with.I really enjoy this lotion and would recommend. I don’t recommend if you are looking for a fragrance free lotion though.

The lotion came in the original packaging and it arrived home sooner than it said. I have been using this lotion for years but I had problem with my last seller. Not only this seller is good, she is very respectful and value customer service as well.

Lightweight and economical
I love that you get a huge bottle and you really need to use just a little bit for a baby or toddler. It’s a lightweight, liquidy lotion that absorbs nicely into the skin and doesn’t require a ton of rubbing. It has a nice, calming scent but beware if you’re sensitive to smells because I find it to be quite strong for a baby product. Doesn’t irritate my daughter’s skin so no complaints from me.

I was apprehensive about cetaphil baby but man was i wrong.firstly, this formula smells SO GOOD. and it stays smelling great on you even hours after you’ve showered. i know because as an adult, i used cetaphil baby once and now i’m hooked too.bought it initially for my newborn who has sensitive skin and eczema. cetpahil worked like a charm. my older toddler loves it too now because it lathers SO well and smell amazing.will only be using this going forward. was using frou frou organize airy fairy crap that didnt smell half as nice or lather half as good. cetaphil it is!
