Scent Worry
Hereâs a very honest answer incase anyone was wondering. I bought this item without reading any reviews. After reading a few after I purchased I saw many people unpleased with the smell but I still wanted to test it myself as Iâm pretty good at telling whether an item is worth it or not. From my experience I can say this, I understand why people complained about the smell, Iâll be honest and say when you first spray the bottle, it does smell like complete doodoo, BUT, when the smell settles in and airs out, it really DOES smell like a new car. So yes be aware that at first it will smell completely terrible probably from how strong the scent it, but with time and after you let it breathe a bit, I promise it really does end up smelling like a new car!

This three in one combo provides you with variety! I was skeptical of trying the spray, until I ordered it. I found that the leather scent is my #1, Signature #2, and New Car #3.Ranking explanations:Leather: Grabs the most compliments. Subtle and smells like suede leather. Makes your vehicle feel good and smell good, even in the heat! Also, I found that this one lasts the longest out of the three.Signature: Smells sweet, and sugary. Kind of like a perfume. This one gives more of a summer feel to your vehicle. But, it does not last long.New Car: smells like chemicals, if I were to describe it. It was my least favorite of the three, but my parents loved this one the most, go figure! So, I just wound up giving it to them.This 3-in-1 deal is perfect and gives you enough spray to last at least six months for each bottle! I am not even 1/10 of the way through my leather bottle, and I apply it almost every two weeks!These bottles perform well and smell great! Amazing product by Chemical Guys!

Smells just like Griot’s leather treatment!
Speaking of the new car smell version (green/black spray bottle), this stuff is strong, but I wouldn’t call it ‘new car smell’. It does however smell *exactly* like Griot’s 3-in-1 leather cleaner/treatment, if you’ve ever used that. Even persists on your skin after using it just like the Griot’s… very hard to wash off the smell, and I did also get some lung irritation after spraying it… advise gloves and light duty respirator/mask. Just a couple of sprays will do ya.

works for smoke
Bought a car that had a smokey smell. Followed the instructions and the smell is gone. Been about a week with some hot days and still dont smell it. Only complaint is right when you spray it and the next couple days it smells kinda weird. Definitely doesn’t have a new car smell but the car doesnt smell like smoke so thats a plus.

Eliminated lingering odor in my car.
I can see why people dislike/complain about the scent. However from my experience I do sense the artificial ânew car smellâ even if itâs subtle. It gets a 5 star because I had an unknown lingering odor in my car that no other product could eliminate (particularly affecting my AC when turned on). After first time use the odor has completely disappeared without the need of repeat spraying the car down. Now I just use it to touch up every few weeks

Pretty Great Except This One Problem
This is a great spray, and truly smells like a new car would. I had previously purchased dozens of those “new car” pine tree things and a spray of the same brand name and while they smelled nice, failed to really capture a true new car smell. That is not the case with this spray.I am meticulous with car cleanliness. I take it to the wash weekly, and detail it at the same time. The need for a “de-odorizer” simply doesn’t exist but that’s not a bad thing, just not a feature I purchased this for. The smell however is spot on, and truly makes the car smell like it’s straight off the factory lot.So what’s the huge drawback? Well, the spray bottle is a bit heavy-handed. After giving my interior a few solid sprays on each seat, I was shocked when I got back in my car and little dried spray spots were all over my wheel, and console. They came off easily, but I quickly learned you want to be right up on the seat when you use the product to avoid over-spray. This created quite the dampness on my seat, and as I used it in the vacuum station of at the car wash, I was forced to drive off with my clothes getting wet, soaking up a new car smell.The Chemical Guys nailed the smell on this spray and I do recommend it. One bottle should last you far longer than those little trees do, and after a good spray, I also found the smell to be pungent, and it lasted for close to a week. Overall, a great purchase, but please do be aware that you don’t want to spray it anywhere near something that isn’t cloth, unless you want water-marks.

They smell good, but the smell does not last very long. Tried some YouTube advise to spray them under the read footwrlls efc but still have it use a a lot of the product.Would buy it again because the smell is nice.
Eliminates tobacco smell –
This stuff is awsome. Smells more like a cinema than new car but thatâs all good. Better than cigarettes which it got rid of after one use. I will be buying more.
