Love love love this! It is so nicely bound, laid out, and thought out that I had to buy a second one for my daughter to use! It comes in a lovely gift box, has stickers, and it has three bound ribbons so you can mark three separate important areas (like monthly, daily, and notes, for example). The cover has the metallic sheen that is really eye-catching. The print is clear and easy to read, and overall, I just absolutely adore this journal!On the attached video, please ignore the wet marks on the box. Puppy thought this might be something he’d use but I politely explained that he can’t write so he left it alone, though the nose prints remained. Also ignore the one-handed fumbling, videoing is hard, y’all!

An impressive journal for improving and tracking your wellbeing and fitness
This is a daily food and workout journal that lets you record foods you’ve eaten and track calories as well as plan workouts and monthly routines. It also covers things like your mood and energy levels so that you can look at the big picture and spot what you might need to work on.The journal measures 5.8 x 8.3 inches – that is a great size because it has a good amount of space but is small enough to throw in a bag or purse.The stickers are a real treat. My favorite is the checklist about junk food because it can be super motivating to see the number of checkmarks increasing as you use them.The paper is of good quality, and I believe the book will hold up to use over time. I like that they included a pen loop so that I can always have a pen handy.I got the lavender color, and it is very pretty. The cover includes images like scales and yoga mats which are cute. Even the little gold fox is adorable.One thing I like about this journal is that it allows the opportunity to drill down and focus on details. Iâve seen trackers to log your weight and body measurements, which this one does have, but it also has space for sleep hours, fruit and veg servings, and even caffeine intake if that is something you want to monitor.Another of my favorite features is the lay-flat binding. I usually only buy spiral-bound journals because they simply must lie flat or I donât want to write in them. It shows thoughtfulness in the design that they ensured it lays flat so that the user can have an easy time writing in it without it being spiral bound.One caveat: I did not realize before I ordered it that it was only for three months. This is in no way a flaw. It is clearly stated in the description. I just didnât notice it and assumed otherwise since most journals are annual and just wanted to point it out to make sure others notice it in case that makes a difference.I believe this journal would make a wonderful gift, especially at the start of the year or just before swimsuit season when people are re-focusing on getting fit. It even comes with a gift box for that very purpose.This journal is appropriate for any gender and many ages, and I believe those trying to prioritize their well-being would enjoy it. It has the potential to help just about anyone meet their goals by providing opportunities for creating action plans and measuring progress, so I would not hesitate to recommend it.

This Clever Fox Fitness and Food Journal Premium is a guided journal that is great for tracking workouts, meals, and fitness goals. It also comes with an example “how it works” guide book and sticker sheets. Inside, there are monthly calendar + goals pages and a monthly review for wins, progress, what what well and what didn’t, and how to improve next month. Each daily log is a two-page spread. The left page has the date, start and finish of workout time, total time, warm up and cool down checks, muscle group targeted, reps and weight count for many exercises, cardio types with time, distance and calories burned, a bullet journal section for notes, and a workout satisfaction score 0-100%.On the right page of the daily spread, you can track mood, energy, activity, fruit, sleep, weight, body fat percentage, caffeine, and veggies. There are areas for item tracking for all meals and snacks with a macro breakdown.The end of the journal has a lot of fun bonus content – measurements tracker, results, common calories and macros for food items, a place to input your own food items for easier later reference of macro tracking, a recipe section, grocery list pages, and finally blank bullet journal pages.Overall a very complete and well-designed fitness journal with pops of color to break up the boring black and white. All of the pages have colored accents. Very nice journal for tracking health goals!

Premium Well-Made Fitness Journal!
This is the nicest journal of any kind that I’ve ever owned! I love the way it was packaged and arrived. It comes in a magnetic gift box and shrink wrapped in plastic. It comes with the journal itself and a how-to guide to give you ideas of what goals and things to write in your journal. I was impressed by the look and feel of this foux leather bound journal. I loved the images that were embossed into the faux leather. It makes it more athesticly pleasing. I loved that this journal comes with several sheets of health and fitness themed stickers and a handy inner pocket to hold on to those sheets along with your other papers. It also has an integrated pen loop and book band to keep everything neat and together. The how to guide was very useful because this journal has many different sections and areas to write on. I am still learning how to best write to help me achieve my goals. I am just super impressed and by what clever fox is making they make great journals and booklets.
