Quality and thoughtful designed journal with prompts
I have come to rely upon the high quality of Clever Fox journals. This is the first time I have purchased one of a slightly larger size and one that is not just blank dot grid, and it does not disappoint. This Inner Peace journal includes some assessments and thought-provoking exercises in the very beginning to help you get started. Then, there are undated pages meant to be used one side per day. Each daily page is the same except for a unique inspirational quote at the top. The pages have space for gratitude, intentions, short term goals and rewards, feelings check-ins, journaling, overall mood, and documenting what your strongest feeling was of the day and what caused it. After 7 daily pages, there is a different exercise, each covering a different theme and with different activities and styles involved. At the very end, there is one page to reflect on your journaling experience and one to write a letter to your future self. I wish the assessments at the beginning were repeated at the end for comparison purposes, but there are some blank pages I intend to use for that purpose. The journal itself is a beautiful quality with a sturdy hard cover, an expanding paper pocket in the back, two ribbon bookmarks and an elastic closure; these are all the same quality as every other Clever Fox journal I’ve purchased. I am looking forward to completing this guided journal experience.

This large (7″Ã10″) colorful mental health journal stands a head above other gratitude journals and the like. This journal comes with a how-to guide, daily structured prompts (all the same), and weekly reflection exercises (all unique). The prompts cover intentions, gratitude, reflection on feelings, as well as little wins. The weekly activities are quite varied, from designing your own hierarchy of needs to coloring to reflecting on who in your life would be in your hall of fame. I am enjoying this so far and the weekly activities will hopefully keep it from feeling repetitive. The notebook is made of great quality materials. I got the Turquoise one and it’s really beautiful. The cover is smooth, the pages are thick and some have really cool artworks. I love the three generous bookmarks with different color tones, they make it easier to mark and remember the pages. The stickers are also really cute and the funny ones give me a chuckle.This journal is thought provoking, but writing and answering the prompts don’t feel like a burden. It has helped me calm down, reflect on things and practice mindfulness. The healing part is a long journey, but I hope I get there too with a little help from this journal. This is a very worthy investment in yourself and it is also something you’d be proud to gift to someone you care about.

I really like this “Inner Peace Journal”.I love the beautiful color and the whole presentation. It lovely! This would be a nice gift. Currently this is $17.99. This is good quality all around and definitely worth that.I have been trying to manage stress and anxiety more effectively for a number of years. I like to journal, but due to ongoing physical health issues and nerve pain it is difficult for me to sit and lean over a desk for very long. This journal is great for me to check in with myself, set an intention, remember gratitude, and write down how I’m feeling. This is organized in such a way as to make this process meaningful and yet pretty quick. I appreciate that. Every week or so there are some extra activities to engage in.I do like that it’s set up to be used as I want to, which is not necessarily daily.I like the three ribbons to keep track of where I am in the journal as well as a couple of other pages I want to keep track of.It’s got three pages of cute stickers that I can embellish with, and also a nice little sleeve for extra things on the inside of the back cover. It’s got a nice elastic that goes around the entire journal to keep everything intact if I want to carry it with me or travel with it.I am really enjoying this journal and I do recommend it.
