Cool conceptâNeeds Updating
For wellness, I use a combo of things: paper journal, notes app, food & sleep apps, and some other random things. I think this journal needs a rethink, as it’s trying to do things it shouldn’t be doing.1. The “meal plan” area takes up about 1/4 of the entire book. I don’t know about others, but I find meal apps to be way more useful & easier. This space could be used for other things: expanding the gratitude section, adding a “thought record” area, emotion throughout the day, etc. I just ignore the meal area entirely.2. The “to do” list is way too tiny & makes no sense. I do bullet journaling, so the to do part really isn’t helping me. It just seems too small, and I ignore this area too.3. Sleep/weight are tracked on my watch. No need for that here. Health apps do some things really well automatically, like sleep tracking & taking meds. I don’t touch these either.All in all, I think the Clever Fox people need to do a rethinkâthe daily scheduling is the core of this, and I find good use for physically writing gratitude ideas, thoughts, emotions, and goal for the day.A paper planning for daily scheduling is better than the phone apps, and it’s why I got this. I also don’t like mood tracking on the phoneâpaper records are better.I’ll probably skip the next version of this, and just get a different version.I could see this being useful againâif they did a major overhaul.

Best Journal/Tracker Ever
I absolutely love this Journal, it contains most everything I need to complete my day, it has a longer hourly/30min day schedule than any other organizer, it has daily food intake tracking, water, and so much more. I’m using it for my medical and mental health appointments and it’s easy for my docto ask to look at it and see how I am doing. I like that it’s only 3 months because it’s not overwhelming.The one thing I wish it di included was a class/school space in the daily for my classes and homework so that I didn’t need to carry so many journals, but I absolutely love this and have purchased many more incase they discontinue it, which I hope they don’t, I LOVE THIS JOURNAL!

Beautiful journal
This journal is packaged like it costs 3x more! Itâs beautiful! I havenât used it yet, but they seemed to have thought of everything. Thereâs a picket in the back for the included stickers, three ribbon book markers to keep your place, a pen holder, monthly calendar, weekly goals, month end analysis. Very cool! It all came in a pretty box that you can put it in when youâre done to save for reviewing your progress at later dates. Super impressed!

Love whatâs included daily!
I love all the things this planner has daily. Itâs a great reminder to stay on top of your to doâs as well as daily habits such as gratitude. I also like that this fits in my purse. My only complaint is that there are only 2 monthly calendars throughout the entire book. I like to see the month as a whole and thought this would be included as this is a tool for the year.

This is a great notebook for someone who wants to keep track of both physical and mental health, as well as a routine and schedule. I highly recommend! One of my favorite by far.
