Great teeth whitener
Greet teeth whitener I loved the tongue a scraper and nice fresh mint taste. Loved the way it removed coffee stains from my teeth. I have recommended this to several of my coffee drinking friends. I wish it came in a family size bottle my family loved it too.

Good taste. Small amount â I emptied it in 2 weeks. I did not see any results â whitening? Odor or smell of my breath? As previously. Perhaps it will take more time to see something. I never used the tongue scraper, there was no need for it. But it is cheep, I recommend you to try it.

Even Better Than Expected, Great Product
This rinse is way better than I had prepared myself for. I had done a DIY oil pull previously and HATED it. I honestly didn’t expect this to be any better but boy was I wrong. Not only does this stuff not feel oily in the mouth, it actually kind of tastes good. To make things better, there are only two ingredients: Fractionated Coconut Oil and Peppermint Essential Oil. And they provide you with two free tongue scrapers that work well and allow for better cleaning.When you open a bottle I do NOT recommend smelling it… it is pretty unpleasant and will give you false flavor expectations. I actually sat there debating whether or not to use it the first time after I gave it a sniff. Very glad I ended up using it because it does a really excellent job and leaves your mouth feeling way cleaner than brushing, flossing, and mouthwash alone. You’ll notice it the next morning more than the night that you use it.To use it simply swish about a tablespoon of it around your mouth for 2-15 minutes and then spit it out. Brush your teeth AFTER swishing, not before. If you swish for a while you may find your mouth waters but a bit and you’ll want to spit a little out if it becomes uncomfortable — that’s normal for oil pulling an nothing to worry about.Overall I like this product and feel that it’s a great value for the overall quality and effectiveness. You really can feel the difference the morning after your first rinse, especially if you smoke or vape regularly.

Fresh Mouth For a Fair Price
Now donât let my stars fool ya just yet⦠I only gave it a 3 so far because I literally only got to use this just a couple of times till my daughter came for a visit and decided she needed it more. But I could feel a difference, my mouth felt way fresher and the taste wasnât gosh awfully bad as I originally thought that it would be. It actually wasnât bad. But Iâll have to wait to ask my daughter her opinion and update or when I buy a new bottle. But I would give it a go .

Use along with oral care
Oil pulling is not recommended by the National Dental Association it’s not because it’s harmful, but because there is no scientific proof that it improves your teeth or gums.I personally love this stuff. It does take a while to get used to swishing the stuff around in your mouth for more than 5 minutes. But I find that if I start it right after I wake up then it’s much easier to complete.I have not noticed a big difference in the whiten factor, but I do feel like my mouth and teeth are cleaner than if I just brushed them.Just make sure you don’t spit the oil down your sink. Get some disposable cups and then throw it in the trash. After time the oil will build up in the drain.I like the slight taste of coconut and mint. I have had toothpaste that was much worse.The 2 bottles is a good deal. I would recommend.
The Allen Wrench you sent was a little small. Had a hard time getting it to work. Finally gave up and found my dad’s old toolbox and found the right bit and in no time had the bed put together –
