It looked promising online. When it arrived, the packaging was nice. I placed it in the restroom and the scent was very faint. I turned the reeds upside down, which I was supposed to do after a week of placing the reeds in the diffuser. Unfortunately, I have turned them upside down and around several times, and it has not yet even been a week unless you stand directly over the reed diffuser itself you will not smell any kind of scent in the room. I threw the box and the top plug of the bottle. Therefore, I cannot send it back in mail for refund. Donât waste your time or money on this one.
