Cute but beware, itâs not rainbow or even colorful.
Doesnât work exactly as described BUT it is a cute little diffuser and the auto-shutoff feature is nice. You cannot get a rainbow effect and it does not necessarily look like flames. Your options are orange light or white light.The diffuser is VERY easy to use though, as there are only three buttons. Itâs very nice to look at, and it allows the fragrance of your essential oil to project well.

Looks nothing like flames like the photos comes out like a fog
This diffuser is a bummer how they package it like itâs gonna be different colors of flames is also showing the mist goes up. It doesnât it goes down flat like a fog never goes up high in the air so you donât smell it if you leave the room and come back you donât even know you have A diffuser on itâs just this weird flat lane fog machine does have different colors but again the way they package it like it looks like flames doesnât do that couldâve sworn I ordered a Wi-Fi one, but this one doesnât even come with the remote control and the water is gone right away so refilling it over and over Iâm kind of stuck with it now so Iâm gonna try it in the cat box room since it drops to the floor The fog machine, they should package it as a fog machine and hoping it works in there. If not, honestly, thereâs my money is gonna go in the trash or left by the dumpster for somebody to take waste of my money completely and the lights just switch over anything doesnât glow out. More importantly, as a diffuser, epic fail, doesnât you canât smell anything if you leave the room and come back like an hour later nothing Itâs just a Fog Machine I rarely give one stars rarely ever so welcome to the club one star you canât even smell what you put in the diffuser. Itâs a bummer too late to take back even big bummer.

Very very disappointing!
I purchased mine and was so excited I sent 2 more as gifts. I use mine in my holistic healing office and it was a beautiful addition but it only worked twice now I just see the light no flames because it stopped diffusing the mist. I have cleaned it throughly, I use only DoTerra essential oils and distilled water. This was so beautiful and now itâs a waste of money and electricity so it is no longer used. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Doesnât last
It works technically speaking. Itâll turn on and the mist will come out of the top, and the lights turn on just fine, but it wonât stay on more than 15 minutes. Absolutely not worth the money, and I regret not checking the reviews before buying it.Update: upon another two hours of fiddling, Iâve got it working for longer. This was not user error though, this was an error in the instructions. I had it filled to the max fill line marked on the thing and it lasted about half an hour at the most if I was lucky and spent the last 10 minutes repeatedly turning it on as it shut itself off. If you ignore the fill line entirely and fill it almost to the very top you can get about an hour and a half of use out of it. You will NOT get five hours out of this. I doubt youâll even get three if youâre extraordinarily lucky and have a perfect environment for it. Iâve updated my rating from one star to three as a result, but seriously, get a different diffuser this one isnât worth the trouble.

Not worth $30
Iâve had this for over a month or 2 and itâs already not working properly. It was fine for about 3 weeks. I had to order extra parts for it, and it was working fine. However today, the lights are stuck only on the orange and the mist isnât a lot. I can tell that it will probably be no good in a few months. This should be priced for $10. Itâs extremely cheap and you will have to replace it. It definitely doesnât look like how itâs advertised. Probably to get the good effect youâd have to have the lights dimmed in your room. I find using distilled water makes it work much better. But itâs still not worth $30

Kinda hard to create warm, inviting ambiance with the constant loud rumble of this thing. It looks pretty nice( not as nice as the pic of course) but it’s just way too loud. Had to return it. Wouldn’t recommend unless it was in a louder type environment. I first saw it on display at a bar, which is what led me to buying one. Perfect for that place because you can’t hear it!
