Nice tool under the belt for massage
Usually just finger and palm pressure isn’t everything to get knots out and cause relaxation. This roller is a nice enchancer to help get the knots out of muscles. I wouldn’t recommend just using this for the massage though. I do like the hole at the top to lather the roller with massage oil so it spreads evenly. Things I wasn’t too happy about:1) It would have been nice if the black outer shell that holds the roller was a 2 piece set-up that threaded. This would allow easier cleaning and when drying you could get all the left over moisture out. I shoke the mess out of it trying to remove all water, but the next time I went to use this there was still a good bit of water sitting in the cup.2) The more pressure used, the roller stops rolling. It will still do what it needs to but it would be nice if it still rolled with high pressure. I have neither a fat or athletic build, but a majority of my pain is deep in my muscles so I like a lot of pressure.Overall this is still a nice enchancer to a massage session.

It works for the cost
My husband bought this in hopes of getting getting deep into his muscles.Now for what we spent, it works. For me personally, the grip is hard to keep the ball on the exact spot your are working on. It doesn’t work miracles, my husband appreciates what it does do, providing so temporary relief from his muscular pain.
