    This journal is helping me to organize and plan my life
    I’ve often felt overwhelmed with all the thoughts, ideas and goals.This journal/planner is helping me to organize and plan my life along with a mindfulness component that keeps me more grounded.The goal setting section, monthly/weekly planner and the daily to-do list are making me much more productive and allow me to keep track of my progress.I really enjoy the structure and the variety of exercises in between that push me to create new habits. Glad I found it!

    This is more than a journal. It includes all the things I was looking for in one place. I feel like all the main insights from all the books I read are compiled here, with very practical, actionable points.I’ve been establishing my goals, things I need to work on and more. Writing on a simple daily to-do list has already helped me to get a lot more done and get over procrastination. It feels like I have a personal coach in one single journal.I love the way this is structured. All the sections have a logical order and it is super easy to use.I’ve just started using it and I look forward to writing on it every morning and night.It really covers all main areas of self-development, from personal analysis and goal setting to mindfulness and gratitude.I carry it with me everywhere.     This has truly helped me stay positive during these tough times
    If you’ve struggled with journaling consistently in the past, this is a great way to get started.This is such a great idea, I can’t believe it didn’t try this earlier. Something so simple has really helped keep me in a positive mindset, especially during covid.Just writing a few minutes in the morning has really helped me stay positive and reflect on how grateful I am to live the way that I am! I love the way it’s laid out and it really offers you some thought-provoking questions which can help improve your life by focusing on what is important so you can work towards your goals.This gratitude journal would make for a friend or a family member. Highly recommend it for yourself as an investment in yourself.

    I love the productivity help that Daily Focus Journal provides. It not only has a journal to document my daily activities but also a planner to remind me of tasks I need to do and activities that help me focus. The price is more than fair, which is why it has become my favourite journal.

    Key to completing your goals
    This is a very quality product. The hard bound cover, the “stay-flat” when open, double page markers. Very nice journal. But most importantly it’s what’s inside that I’m excited about. For me the key to hitting my goals is to break them down into monthly, weekly, and daily actions. This journal is set up for daily activities and then a weekly summary. The daily pages have content on the top half and then open white space on the bottom half. I use the open space for podcast notes, stock symbols, and other info that I come across throughout the day. Again, this is a top quality journal.

    More self aware after one day!
    Very useful tool for anyone looking to better them selves in a number of ways. I’ve only filled out the first 4 pages and just by doing this I’m more self aware on the things I want to improve about my self but also much more confident after listing all the things I’ve achieved and like about my self! Looking forward to getting to the daily planner. Much recommend!
