Got several sets for family/ friends with young children. They pick a card at breakfast and briefly discuss it! It helps set the day on a new positive note for them!

Power of Affirmations
I am a Peace Educator-Mindfulness Teacher offering my program to Dallas public schools as a volunteer through my nonprofit. Every year when I get to the lesson on thoughts & affirmations, the students pick three of their super powers to affirm and create a Power Poster with the affirmations. They decorate it and are invited to repeat their affirmations daily.Two years ago, a 1st grade student shared these Daily Positive Affirmation Cards. I bought a box and utilized them as they are PERFECT for teaching elementary students the various affirmations for rewiring their brain, diffusing negative thoughts and affirming their strengths. Since then, I’ve bought 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade teachers these cards for them to practice with their students. A 3rd grade teacher shared that each day a student picks an affirmation card, reads it and the action step, and they then anchor in their mindful breathing in order to embody the affirmation for the day. AMAZING.I HIGHLY recommend these cards and offer my deep gratitude for such a simple yet powerful tool. I wish I had the money to buy EVERY student these cards. Adults would benefit from them too. Different positive tasks!
My daughters love and look forward to every morning with an affirmation for themselves and what task the card gives them to not only say the positive affirmation, but that it gives them an activity to think or do for the day reflecting back to their affirmation card! They love talking about it at dinner! 5 years and 9 years.

I like the size of these cards. Size of a deck of cards. Not too big not too small. My daughter does different activities with them every day during the summer to start her day off right. Like that they are in color not not too wild of colors too.

Our 3 kids especially our middle was struggling with negative self talk. We got these and made a game out of which one they drew each day. They had to use or do something that their card said or talked about at some point throughout their day. After some time we started seeing a positive difference.
