    Useful Journal
    This was a gift for a person who struggled with keeping track of health changes when dealing with medications specifically. Before receiving the journal she was unable to share with the doctor the ups and downs of her daily health changes. She is now so grateful for having this journal. She documents everything, what she eats, drinks, how she feels after mild exercise, reactions to foods, medications, etc. etc. Her doctor can now help her better knowing the specifics of her daily health changes.

    This is an excellent book. It’s attractive cover, and range of information on which you can document keeps me motivated to complete. I especially like that besides your physical health information, it also tracks your mood. It’s been a huge help at keeping me inspired.

    Good book, but…
    I really like this journal. It’s really in depth. You have to be diligent every day. That way you can see the results. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because it’s quite big. About the size of a hard back book, just not as thick. Maybe bigger. I just kept forgetting to enter every single box. And I’m home all day, so I have more free time than most people. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a really good book. Just not for me.
