Allergic reaction
I had SUCH HIGH HOPES for this as I really want to fall asleep better and with smell of something comfy and beautiful around me. Unfortunately, the moment I sprayed it on my pillows. My throat started to hurt with every breath. I had to leave my room and turn on all the fans I have around the house in my bedroom to try and air out the scent. Disappointed.

Excellent quality sleep and relaxation spray
First thing I noticed was the quality presentation of this spray. It arrived within a cute cylinder like container so it wouldn’t get damaged during shipping. The spray bottle itself is rather solid (weighty), a bit fancy and looks really pretty sitting on my bedside dresser. The scent is a calming, soft aroma that makes me really look forward to bedtime. A few spritzes on my pillow and sheets, close to my pillow, and I actually feel myself relaxing more easily and drifting off in a way that feels somewhat natural instead of forced. Iâve even noticed myself waking up less throughout the night which is a big win

Very pleasant scent, not sure about sleep aid
This spray has a very nice lavender scent. It is mild and not overpowering. It comes out in a fine mist, so your bedding will not have wet spots. I am not sure about the Melatonin being a factor in this being a sleep aid. I can’t imagine that melatonin has some way to enter your body by spraying it on your bedding. I do find it very pleasant to spray on my pillow before bed. It adds a relaxing, soothing scent that I like and certainly can’t hurt in aiding my sleep.
