Dentist said my 81 yr old gums looked better.
My dentist said my gums looked healthier on my last visit a few weeks ago.I’m 81 and try to keep gum health a priority on order to save my teeth. I enjoy the taste, which is mild.I brush my teeth before I shower , them I swish the pulling during my shower and while I get dressed. I read or heard it’s ideal to swish 20 min. I dispose of the solution in a full trash bag to avoid a build up of oil in the drain.

I have been using this almost everyday for a month now and my teeth look amazing. They are soooi much whiter and when I wake up my mouth just feels cleaner. I started at 5 minutes and worked my way up to 20 adding 5 minutes on every five or so days. I also use the tea tree mouth wash before using this and their tea tree whitening tooth paste. Amazing brand! Worth every penny!

Too watery
This solution is good in theory but the mixture, even when shaken for 10-15 seconds, doesnât really come together long enough to pour it into your mouth. It feels like Iâm swishing a lightly mint flavored mouthwash that has a couple drops of oil in it. Iâm returning. It just doesnât even feel like oil pulling.

Disappointed
By the time you shake it together and take off the cap, it’s separated so you only get the top stuff. I’ve tried another brand of this stuff and I loved it, this one I didn’t like. Plus it’s expensive. Plus it tastes like crap. The other one I tried made my mouth feel minty fresh. Not this stuff. Very disappointed.I think I got this one bcuz I was ordering delivery from Whole Foods. But it was more expensive than the other good kind I tried, and just a big disappointment. ð£

This product is excellent it helps with, stains, infections and removing impurities in your mouth and on your teeth. Reduces plaque, gum bleeding and diseases are managed without worsening etc.Tried and tested and for the first time Dentist could see a positive difference in my teeth and gums.You need to maintain brushing your teeth, flossing and using this after, holding in mouth and working it around from time to time for 20 mins for the best results, but you have to do it Daily. At night before bed gives the best results.
