They work well but, stay away if you suffer from Acid Reflux/ Gerd. I tried these for about a week, then took a break just to make sure they were causing my additional acid reflux symptoms, and they definitely were. And I also had a small allergic reaction, which was itching on the back of my hands.

I like the idea of it
Good price, no weird smell or taste, not sure how well it works for my body but I’d like to think that it does. I’d wager the supplement will garner good long term effects for me (I’m 31 yrs old) since I can’t tell if one particular thing in my diet makes a difference as opposed to something else. But I like the idea that it helps and that peace of mind keeps it on my shopping list.

Easy to take with little to no aftertaste at all. Also seemed to really help get rid of some lower back pain I have been having the same day I started taking it; which was a total bonus as I wasn’t expecting that! I have had some arthritic pain in my ankle and knee for a couple years which has also gone since I have started to use this product. I purchased this for the benefits of Omegas 3, 6 and 9, but have been enjoying the effects of everything else it seems to help with. Consider me a believer, I will continue to purchase this item!

Relaxing, But Not Good for Those with a Nut Allergy/Sensitivity
It did make me a bit more relaxed, but I didnât sleep better like so many people have claimed. Also, I ended up having a mild allergic reaction after taking it a couple of times.Steer clear of this product if you have any allergies or sensitivities to nuts or seeds becaue it might make you itchy and cause stomach issues like it did to me. I looked into this afterwards and discovered that many people with these allergies/sensitivities donât react well to hemp oil products.

Love it!
I got these to take with me for travel. I like that there is no after taste or burping. So far they also seem to make me not crave food or want to eat as much. I got them for arthritis pain and so far I believe they are helping. I have not taken any pain medicine and have it’s only a couple days. I still have pain but have not felt that I needed ibuprofen or anything else. I also have been on prilosec forever for indigestion and have not been able to go a day without them. NOW, I am taking a probiotic and this and although I have slight indigestion and take two antacids I am doing better and believe that with time I will be off all over the counter and prescribed medicine. Can’t wait for my next years blood tests to see how my numbers look.
