So far so good. This unit seems well made (the âstainless steelâ on the outside is hard, molded plastic, which is not a big deal for me, but it might be for others.) It doesnât look cheesy despite this, and looks great in my massage room.I love the smaller footprint, and it is perfect for my needs.Heats up my hand towels in about 15-20 minutes, (warm the unit for at least 10 minutes first, then put the warm, wet hand towels in for faster heating) and gets the towels toasty hot!I would recommmd this unit to anyone who is looking for a good quality towel cabinet, with a smaller footprint.I am not sure how many hand towels can fit in here, but it looks to me you could probably get 8 without squashing them in like sardines.Update: I fold my towels very loosely, and can get 4-5 hand towels in here, and no more. If you tend to fold yours tighter, you could get at least 8 in here. No biggie. I just add more inbetween clients, and by the time I get to their feet, these are toasty hot for the feet and neck. My clients love this at the end of their sessions!

Transaction went very smooth and I got my product fast. I absolutely love this product! I’m starting my new practice and did lots of research getting a treatment table, linens, and a hot towel cabi. I saw many different hot towel cabi’s on amazon and honestly didn’t know what to pick, but I found this EARTHLITE brand and I knew this brand is very good so decided to give it a try. So glad to find a great deal through this seller. My treatment room is now complete! It’s beautiful looking and temp is very good. It also has UV light, which is great. I think most cheap ones don’t come with UV light, but if you think about it, it’s so important to have such sanitary caution nowadays. Great product and great service. Love it!

Takes Too Long to Get Towels Hot
Takes way too long to get the towel hot. Even though I soak the towel in hot tap water, wring it out and put it inside, it still takes about 2 hours to get it to the right temperature.

I thought Earthlite brand would be better than other hotcabi but this one was the worst. Power is weak and takes a long time to get towels warm.

I have the larger Earthlite towel warmer with the double rack, and i bought this one for travel and use in my smaller practice. I love it. Heats up quickly, holds more towels than i thought and its honestly so cute. highly recommend all earthlite towel warmer products.

Unfortunately came with a USA plug and when used with a travel adapter, it went bang and tripped the switches in the house. It does say not to use with an adapter in the instructions, but as it has a moulded plug you are left with no alternative.
