What a cool product
I never thought about having or needing one of these before to be honest. Installing it was very easy. It is straightforward and secure. My wife and I take ice baths each morning so grabbing a warm and crisp towel is so nice. I like how it folds so it really does not take up much space. This is definitely worth picking up.

i LOVE!! this towel rack!! has upgraded in my bathroom. the gold finish blends perfectly with my decor, and it heats the towels perfectly. the timer function is awesome – especially where having kids is concerned! no burning the house down! gets 5 stars from me. the stainless steel build is durable & resists fingerprints, arguable to state that it shows none at all… installation was 50/50… if you a. follow the directions so meaning you dont mind b. plugging it in, making it as simple as needing to c. level, drill, set some anchors(depending on the presence – or lack of – studs or not) & some bolts & d. mount… however, my only complaint is that my OCD kicked in & i just couldnt stand the fact that my brand new, beautiful & statement making, eye catching, farmhouse chic towel warmer offered no way to be hardwired & had a thick, ugly black cord hanging down from it & leading right into one of my only 2 outlets in the bathroom – both of which are beside the vanity which is on the clear opposite side of the bathroom, resulting in the inablity to mount this in arms reach of the shower & so requiring that i get out of the shower & walk across the room to get a towel that is warm that’s supposed to make sure i am warm BEFORE i get out & have to walk around while freezing cold… so i wanted to hard wire it. thankfully, the mounting brackets have a designated hole that allows for routing the wire through the wall spacing tube/bar thing that hides the bolts beind the finished cover for the bracket… so i drilled a hole in the wall behind where the bracket/mounting cap was to be installed & cut the plug off of the cord. i wanted to still have the ability to cut the power immediately in the event of an emergency without having to run down to the basement to the breaker so i then respliced the plug back onto the cord with waterproof solder heat shrink tubes & i am fortunate enoguh to have an outlet directly behind the place on the wall where i mounted the rack, so i just pushed it through to the other side & plugged it in, i put a decorative wire hide / disguise wall plate & am now able to cut the power right away & also the nice, beautiful rack i have now is both by the shower & i can reach out & grab my towels & doesnt have a big ugly cord hanging from it.** these are extra steps i took at my own risk, as should you take at your own risk, & it is not recommended nor instructed by the manufacturer/seller anywhere including the instructions. so do this at your own risk know you cannot hold myself or the seller/manufactuerer accountable should any issues arise in doing so.. if i burn my house down due to my biggest issue one day having been the sight of a wire hanging down my wall, well then, ive only got myself to blame & so do you… BUT IT LOOKS FANTASTIC & HASNT BURNED THE HOUSE DOWN! **
