Easy to install and operate. A little too small for 2 towels, but they fit if folded in thirds. We had a limited wall space, so in our case it was the perfect size.

Not worth the money
It never gets hot enough to warm the towel beyond where it lands on the bar. Does not radiate much heat. Even if I weave one towel through all the bars and keep it on there for two hours, the towel is just a little warm in spots. Waste of money. By the time I had a chance to hang it on the wall and try it out, I was beyond the return date, now I’m out a lot of money. It will be a nice wall towel rack forget the heat – Don’t buy this product.

As someone who keeps their house cold I really appreciate a warm towel when I step out of the shower!This was easy to install, but make sure you’re pouring it near an outlet.It heats my towels fairly quickly so that they’re ready by the time I need them. I usually do two towels, folded in thirds and hung side by side because I like one foot my body and one for my hair.My house is a balmy 68° year round so this is one of life’s little luxuries for me. I’ve tried the countertop towel warmers and they’re fine, but I like that this one is wall mounted and isn’t taking up floor or counter space.

It looks nice, and the instructions for installation are great, but mine unfortunately doesn’t work.

Kind of hard to install
This works well once it’s up, but it is not easy to install, even with 2 people. The wall spacer/brackets have bolts that are just barely long enough, and they are hard to get on. The biggest concern is that bracket with the cord almost pushed through the insulation on the wire; even with 2 of us trying to keep it in a safe position, it was almost impossible. I like that it doesn’t stick out too far, but I am going to have to find a way to hide the cord.

This towel warmer is great! It heats up quickly, just like it says. I like the timer feature so I don’t have to worry about leaving it on. It’s a nice, sleek black color and looks good in my bathroom. It holds several towels, which is perfect for me. It’s sturdy and feels well-made. A warm towel after a shower is such a treat. Definitely a worthwhile addition to my bathroom.

This towel rack was so easy to install. It came with a template for the wall so you knew where to drill holes. I had it fully assembled by myself and on the wall in less than 15 minI love how everything was packaged. At first I thought I was missing a piece but it was already on the cord which was helpful.Once we had it on it heated up very quickly (less than 10 min). Our towels were dry so fast
