My First Warmer Purchase
So far, so good. It’s a little small, but that’s what I needed. It heats fast and steady. The aromatherapy on the door is a nice touch.

Luxurious & effective warmth
This is very easy to use- just one on-off button, & I’d bet that every family has members who will benefit from the application of moist heat via heated towels. It’s very relaxing- just the application on the back of your neck for a while. You can use this for facials & pre-shaving, or for a body part that’s hurting either from an injury or arthritis, as part of a home massage, for before or after athletic work-outs, or just to meditate & relax. I don’t mind telling you that I have multiple body parts lining up for the next hot towel. This would even be good for that person who can never quite warm up- there’s just something about the application of moist heat on hands or feet or whatever feels good to you. This is totally silent, by the way, but the indicator light reminds you that it’s on. This is pretty much “plug & play” easy- the only separate piece is just the drip catcher that is placed in front, under the door- it doesn’t actually attach. I followed directions, & first submerged my towels in warm water & wrung them out before rolling them into the size that fits in the warmer. I initially waited an hour before actually using one, though I peeked after about 35 minutes & could have taken one then. I used my kitchen grab tongs to remove a towel- they come out quite warm to touch but short of burning heat. I’m also following the instructions to keep this away from the wall & other things when in use- but it’s only just warm to touch on the outside- nothing at all like my toaster oven. I know I’m going to use this even more than I first thought. It’s simple & very effective. I also like that the plug is a 3-prong- grounded for safety.

Nothing better than a warm towel!
Perfect for salon use or to use at home. I had to revert back to the Amazon listing to see where the plastic tray went because it didn’t show that in the directions. Easy enough, water collection tray that slides under the bottom of the warmer in the front. Plenty of room for a few small hand towels, wash clothes, and enough room for maybe one standard sized towel. Don’t put too many in at once or it will take longer to heat up…obviously. There is a small cotton pad in the door that you can apply aromatherapy to, and it will make your towels even more luxurious. I wish that the towels didn’t have to be somewhat damp when you put them in the warmer…that would be my only complaint.

Not too big and bulky.
This is an awesome towel warmer for use at your home spa. It is not too big so it does not take up a lot of space. This will hold a good number of facial towels. If you want to put in larger towels, you’ll find that you cannot get too many in there. This heats up quickly and from 360 degrees so within 30 minutes the towels are nice and toasty. The door seals shut magnetically so no latches to wear out. One button on and off, and there is an automatic sensor which will stop and start the heating for you. Really a set it and forget it thing. Make your home spa day really special with this towel warmer.
