prevents odor very well, not slimy
This really works much better than any other aluminum-free deodorant that I’ve used. I keep hearing that there’s a possible link between aluminum and Alzheimer’s Disease and even though it’s not positively proven, I ain’t risking it. My grandma had it and I just want to do anything I can to not have it happen to me. So, I’ve been trying all these natural deodorants because I can’t do without some kind of help and here’s what I’ve tried:-Tom’s Natural in Apricot: initially smells GREAT, like peaches, but leaves my underarms feeling slimy. Only masked smell for a while but didn’t eliminate it or prevent it. Within a few hours the scent no longer masks B.O.-Arm and Hammer aluminum free: smells masculine, also makes me feel slimy. Does eliminate smell if reapplied.-Crystal rock deodorant: did not like the smell, didn’t last long.-EO Deodorant, Citrus: Smells nice like orange peels but disappears quickly. I don’t notice BO even 8 hours after wear but sometimes I reapply if I’m coming out of the gym. No slimy feel, actually feels like nothing when it’s dry. I think it does kill odor, not just mask it.I will say though, it’s much more expensive on Amazon! Right after purchasing here I saw it at the local fancy grocery (Gelson’s in LA) for half the cost.

Works, but not heavy duty.
I’m used to conventional deoderants, so a spray was a bit weird at first but I did get used to it and now I prefer it to thick gels or sticks. The lavender scent is really pleasant, I’m a fan. I work 8 hour days working a strenuous job and to sweat a fair amount, and the smell does stick most of the day. At the end of my shifts is when I do need to reapply, but it’s not a big deal. A more eco friendly option at the cost of having to reapply once through the day is worth it to avoid drug store options.

Best deodorant
I’ve tried at least 10 organic or natural Deodorants and I go boxing every day so I sweat a lot. This smells amazing and only needs to be applied once. It’s not overbearing and I never feel any rashes or side effects considering I have sensitive skin. I leave a extra bottle in my gym bag.

Being someone who lives in AZ & can sweat quite a bit, I appreciate this product. It’s got no aluminum in it, and it works. It doesn’t stop me from sweating, but it definitely helps eliminate the odor from sweating profusely. I would recommend this product for anybody.

The Only Natural Deodorant That Worked For Me
It’s an odd thing to say about a deodorant, but I am absolutely in love with this product! Previously I’ve tried Kiss my Face Stick, Kiss My Face Roll-on, Toms of Maine, and Nature’s Gate. None of them worked well, in fact, I’m convinced I smelled worse than when I used nothing at all. I don’t normally like spray deodorants so in my continuing search for an aluminum free deodorant I almost passed this one over, but I’m so glad I didn’t. It works incredibly well, definitely comparable to the Dove deodorant I was using before my switch to natural. I do have to use it more than once a day unlike a deodorant with aluminum, but it’s definitely worth it to me. I’ll put it on in the morning and it gets me through the day, but I have to reapply if I’m going somewhere in the evening or doing active work. Another great thing about this deodorant is that it completely gets rid of smells after the fact. I can work out, spray this right on and smell completely fresh. If, like me, you’ve tried other natural deodorants with little luck I can’t recommend this one enough.As for the scent, I purchased Vetiver which is a little bit masculine but not too strong so I don’t mind it. I will definitely be picking up the citrus scent as well.

Works Well on Normal Sweat Days, Needs to Be Better on Sweatier Days
I am getting more and more aware of the chemicals I put on my body and less willing to do so. After reading about the harmful effects of aluminum in deodorant I decided to try my hand at an aluminum free product. This is my first one so I don’t have a lot to compare it to. The smell isn’t my favorite scent, but it isn’t unpleasant by any means. I think it does a fairly decent job at masking any offending odors, especially on days of normal sweat production (i.e. days in the office or at home where I am not doing anything that would produce a lot of sweat). On days where I am sweating a bit more, by the end of the day (without re-application) I am noticing a bit of BO. If I re-apply mid-day then BO isn’t normally an issue. As some people have mentioned, this isn’t an anti-perspirant and therefore isn’t going to prevent you from sweating. Read: you will still sweat with this product. What it does do is prevent odors from occurring due to that sweat. If you are a prolific sweat producer and looking for something to keep you dry all day, then this product probably isn’t for you. As a side note, I was previously using Dove deodorant which is also an anti-perspirant and that did no better job of preventing sweat or preventing BO then this product does. For the great value it can’t hurt to pick up a bottle and try it out.

Works for me, doesnât work for my husband
I like that it doesnât leave a residue, and it does work for me. But my husband said it wore off and he started to stink after a couple hours. Maybe itâs best if you donât have hairy armpits and the spray can be directly applied to your skin.
