    Not your basic gratitude journal!
I’m a sucker for Erin Condren products and this gratitude journal is no exception. The cover design first caught my eye, and I needed a new gratitude journal. This one is more than just space to write a daily list – there are different prompts for each day (feelings I felt, people I enjoyed, wins I had, moments I felt happy), plus it has quarterly check in pages. I like this this keeps your brain stretching to think of new was to be grateful. The size makes it perfect to tuck next to my bed so I remember to fill it in each night. The paper is a good thickness so that writing doesn’t bleed through or show through on the other side. This would make a cute gift – worth getting one for you and one to give!

    Simple journal.
Just one simple prompt per day. They’re repeated after a while. It’s the shortest, simplest gratitude journal that I’ve gotten so far. You’ll be asked things like new things I tried, beautiful moments I saw, ways I loved, what I created, joyous times, etc. Nothing complicated or super deep.

    Fun, flexible approach
I love this gratitude prompt journal. I do not do anything regularly but the format allows flexibility for any approach. Some pages I use for two weeks to a month, others I fill up in a single session. I love how the variety of prompts gets my heart and mind interacting to add experiences that fit. Sometimes I look ahead, sometimes I open to a page and just respond. Again, the flexibility, low pressure structure is a perfect fit for me.A huge benefit is being able to review the pages and be filled with overwhelming gratitude for things going right, especially useful on a down day.The psychophysiological benefits of gratitude journaling are something I always wanted to tap into and this journal provide the right inspiration and context to get me into the practiceEasy to use! Beautiful colors! Stickers are a fun little addition. Value is good, pages are thick so my Pilot G-2 .05 doesn’t bleed through.

    Fun mini journal
I’ve always been a fan of Erin Condren so I was excited when I saw this and it’s a nice before-bedtime journal. The material feels thinner than most Erin Condren products (but also a fraction of the usual price) and the cover is just cardstock compared to the usual laminated hard feel that the other Erin Condren planners and notebooks have. If you write one “prompt” per day this journal should last you about 3 months. Each page has roughly 4 prompts where there are 5 lines below to write your answers. For some of these questions, I found 5 lines to be just enough or not enough and I wish there was more space to write. There’s a part on each prompt to write the date, so you can theoretically start this journal on any date if you want to write 3 months in a row daily or write whenever. The prompts are pretty easy and straightforward- such as writing about people you’re grateful for, relaxing moments you had, a silly moment, ways I love myself, and some of these can be just lists. There are quarterly reflection pages at the end and there’s 1 sticker sheet that’s included so if you want to take this on the go and add stickers in it it’s great. A great journal but the material feels a little inferior compared to most Erin Condren products.

Great prompts. Unique approach to gratitude journaling.
The journal itself is well made with a sturdy double-ring binder. The pages are fairly normal paper, and the cover is a heavy yardstick. It comes in a cellophane sleeve, so nothing fancy in the presentation. The pages are set up with seven prompts where you can jot down a few lines, plus a reflections on the week section. Each pair of pages lets you enter the date, and describe something based on a prompt. One page, for example has “People I’m grateful for” and “What I did for myself” and “Relaxing moments I had” and goes on to finish with “Ways I loved myself.”I find that when I scan the week ahead of time, it frames my expectation for the week and helps me to create those situations so that I can write them down later. It’s an odd chicken/egg situation where the awareness to watch for the moments might be creating the moments. Also, day 7 is blank, so by having the awareness or expectation of the gratitude, this one has been easy to fill in each week. I’m surprised by how much I like this. A couple sentences a day is plenty of accountability, and the expectations help make the reality. I definitely recommend.

    Erin Condren coils and quality
Guided gratitude journal with daily prompts, arranged per week, but individual enough that it can be fully used even when you miss days. Quick ideas with plenty of writing space. Great to help get into a regular habit and large enough to last for a year.Paper, coils and covers of the quality you’d expect from the brand.Would make a great gift.

    Nice gratitude journal.
I like the entries that allow for reflection on gratitude which invites more goodness into your life. The notebook is small and very portable compared to her larger notebooks and will easily fit into your purse for good vibes each day and night! The color is pretty and the paper is good quality and easy to write on.

It arrived with the coil, back cover, and sticker sheet damaged. The cover is thin cardboard and the paper quality is not what I’ve come to expect from Erin Condren.I get that it’s made to be cheaper, but this feels like something I’d get from the dollar store.
