They do look good great customer service
So I have 2 of these, one red and one gray I have been using the red one for a month or so and it’s been working nice. We picked it up to refill it and noticed it was stuck to our new credenza. We got it separated and noticed that the diffuser leaked all over the credenza and it is taking the black finish off our credenza. The unit was assembled nice and tightly so I was not sure why there was a leak. I guess that could be my fault since I placed it directly on the wood and not on some form of “coaster”I went to pour the jar contents from the red units jar into the gray units jar (I know I could have just used the original glass bottle but I didn’t know if there was a crack) and notice that the black rubber seal in the red unit was HUGE, maybe 2 times the size of the one in the grey unit. Not sure why or how that happened and it is too big to go back in the diffuser so I guess the ends the use of that red diffuser.I have the oil in the jar and assembled the grey unit and it turns on but nothing comes out, no “smoke” comes out so I am not sure why this one does not work.We do like the look of these but did not have luck with either of them. I gave it 2 stars because the red one worked nicely(except for the leak), when it worked.*update* 1/8/2025The seller contacted me a few times to try to make it all good which I appreciate. Raising to 4 stars due to great customer service. Hopefully all will be resolved.*Update* 1/19/2024Replacement sent and received. It is a used unit, I know this because the glass container smells like lemon. They said it was a new unit but it definitely is not. Plus, this unit sent to me is missing the black gasket seal which is needed to use it and was an issue on my original units. They say when the gaskets and glass container is available I will be able to get them. Only time will tell.*Update* 2/24/2025Brought product up to 5 stars. Issues were had but seller went above and beyond to correct it. Everything replaced and we are very happy. Would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

Very luxurious packaging. Iâm not 100% sure how to work different fragrances sprays per min & hour etc. I may need more time to figure out. But everything else this product is very nice. It does make a little sound when spray heads up.

Wireless diffuser!!
The best think about this is that you can take it anywhere and use it. It’s currently in my car. It’s so compact and easy to use. Noise level is abit high when it’s working buy it doesn’t bother me. Love it!!

Broke the first night in operation. Plastic part between glass and infuser. Leaked all over the furniture and ruined the finish. No Refunds, buyer beware. Wish I could give it less than one star review.
