I just bought four more
After using this in my office for well over a month, with no issues at all, I just purchased four more for my home. I’m absolutely in love with it!So I’m honestly not sure why others have trouble with it, or think it’s complicated to operate. It’s didn’t even need instructions, in my opinion. It’s extremely easy to fill and operate, doesn’t require anything special (just uses water and essential oil drops), it’s extremely quiet, and it’s as simple as pushing a button to make it work. It has two modes: continuous and intermittent. It turns off automatically after 8 hours, or if the water gets too low. Filling it to the max mark is enough for it to run all day at work.It also looks great, nobody can believe it’s an air freshener. It emits such great scent, much better than my old diffuser though I used the same exact essential oil drops. I get compliments from other staff members constantly about how great my office smells, even when it isn’t actively running. One person even pops by each day to get a whiff of my “roses”, and several have bought one for their office as well, also experiencing no problems with it.The only thing I can figure is that some users may be overfilling it (it won’t work at all if you fill it past the max fill line, most likely a safety feature) or they just need to wipe it out or check their connections. Maybe they got a dud, that’s always possible, but no one at my office who purchased one has had any problems of any type. I haven’t even had to clean it yet, though I use more than the recommended number of oil drops.If you’re on the fence due to the reviews, I recommend giving it a try. If you get a dud, you should know quickly enough to exchange it. The fact that I just bought four more should tell you a lot, though. The only downside in my opinion is that it only comes with these specific succulents in the bark design (I love the bark design), and with different plants I could add some variety. That’s it, I have nothing else negative to say about it.(In case you’re wondering, since Amazon is filled with fake reviews these days, I paid full price for all five of them, and received absolutely nothing for leaving this review.)

Wonderful product
This thing is awesome! I love the auto shut off! Excellent to add your favorite oils. Everyone asks about it. Has gray color to choose on the planter side and a couple different levels for the mist

Kinda noisy
Very easy to set up (I filled up the water too much the first time…watch the water level). Works and looks great. The only thing that mars its perfection is the noise it makes. It’s not loud…but whirs enough to be slightly annoying. I live in a small condo though so I sit about 5′ away. It wouldn’t prevent me from buying another one. Overall good product so far.

Beautiful piece but does not come with essential parts
I’m writing this review solely based on the fact that we ordered one of these items on an Amazon prime deal. Looked through the reviews most are positive some aren’t, it didn’t steer me into a weird feeling when ordering this product. My wife opened up the package and she was ecstatic because she just got promoted and wanted something for her new desk and was very excited about it. She went to go try it out for the first time, took it out of the box And no power cord. This wasn’t that big of a deal sometimes these things get missed when packaging from a made in China product these are mass produced. Call the Amazon very very easy to get a replacement sent. It arrived today and I opened up the box and again no power cord.I looked through the description of the product and not a single thing stated about needing to buy or purchase a power cord nor does it state power cord not included. Very disappointed with this company I will never buy from the seller ever again and have requested Amazon to look into the seller’s posting of the product.Is a very nice item if it came with a power cord. Hopefully the seller understands that you can’t just sell a product that you can’t plug in.

Leaks from bottom update
got one for my bathroom filled it to just below the line then turned on immediately leaked from the bottom. Returned to amazonI am updating my review after returning the product which leaked the sellers customer service department reached out to me and kindly offered me another one which I did recieve that had none of the issues I had with the first one. This seller actually cared about me recieving a bad product and the new one works great and looks good I will be buying another one from this person. I would highly recommend just for the customer service care alone.
