A cute diffuser for a small space
This fireplace oil diffuser/humidifier is small and nice to use in a work area, on a nightstand, etc. You can select different light colors, or have it rotate through the various colors. You can turn off the fireplace lights if you like. The essence vapor is continuous and gives off a good fragrance. When it runs out of water, it will automatically shut off. The vapor color is nice, but not quite as bright as what the photos show. It runs very quiet. The durability of the diffuser isn’t high quality, but it is functional and radiates a nice calming effect.

Forgoing features like a remote control or timer function helps keep the price point accessible, and truthfully, I find these features to be non-essential in most cases. Having used a more expensive, similar diffuser, I can attest that the construction quality is comparable. Both are made of plastic and are not designed for heavy-duty use, but they perform their intended functions effectively and are visually appealing.I tested the diffuser with a high-quality lemon oil from Muji. The aroma was pleasant but perhaps not as strong as I’m accustomed to from traditional oil warmers. This could be due to my cautious approach to adding essential oils, as I wanted to avoid overdoing it and potentially damaging the unit. I suspect that a few more drops would enhance the scent. The ability to change the light color that shines through the mist is a nice touch, and the “fireplace” effect on the front panel adds to the overall visual charm. This diffuser is a fun and stylish way to incorporate aromatherapy into your daily routine, and it’s sure to be a conversation starter.

An Excellent Diffuser
Who wouldn’t like a mini fireplace on their desk? I’ve owned a diffuser like this for two years and love it. It sits in front of my TV and is enjoyable to look at when watching TV. My one doesn’t have the fireplace effect, so I thought I would upgrade and get this one.This unit is easy to use right out of the box. Take off the top, fill it with water to the Max line, plug it in with the included USB cord, and you’re set to go. The unit has two buttons on the front. One to turn the unit off and on and another to change the colors of the mist. They work as intended. The colors are bright. I’ve noticed the mist intensifies as the water lowers in the chamber. It’s just an observation. It may either be the water level or something else. The one I’ve had for a couple years does the same. Less mist with it is full and the intensity grows as the level lowers.As for the fireplace effect, well it is cheesy for sure and not as realistic as I’d hoped (see the video) but it does the job. I wish there was a way to slow down the racing leds that light the fireplace. They move a bit fast for my taste. Regardless, and excellent item that works perfectly. Five Stars!

Works but not as shown
This diffuser looks kitchier than in the listing photos, mostly due to the big white “Aroma” text across the top on the woodgrain. I’d also ordered a fireplace type wax melter that looked similar in its listing pictures, but it’s quite a bit more listing-accurate, realistic, and relaxing to watch. This one’s fire effect is made by adjustable blinky lights below the plastic logs and across the top to light the vapor. I’d assembled it wrong at first and it wasn’t working because the small plastic insert needed to be placed upside-down over the vapor outlet before putting the lid back on so it could direct the vapor across the top. It doesn’t look at all like the photo illustrations, but it does work as a humidifier and water-based scent diffuser.
