Very informative
Before reading this I did not know anything about carrier oils or essential oils or aromatherapy. After reading both of these books I am so glad that I did download them. Both books go into great detail in explaining different types of oils and the benefits of these oils. Both of these books will be used since many of the conditions that were mentioned are occurring in my household now. Definitely would recommend both of these books to my friends and family.

I never knew what carrier oils were or how to use essential oils properly until I picked up this box set. Carrier oils dilute essential oils for a variety of uses and essential oils are used to cure common health ailments, solve household problems, and even soothe the soul. The two books in this box set have so much helpful, useful information that I would recommend them to anyone just getting started with essential oils or even someone who needs some new information.

Pretty lightweight.
I must be under the impression that a “box set” is something other than it is. I should have paid more attention to the number of pages included in the “set”. This is a very short, 69 page booklet, not including recommended readings. The carrier oil section includes only 10 of the most common oils with about 5 short paragraphs describing each oil. “Book 2” does go into certain skin types and what to use; hair types, and ailments, but doesn’t have a lot of detail…rather just skims the surface. It doesn’t provide a lot of specific recipes, either. You can take the information and experiment, but I really would have preferred some viable options. It does provide some useful info and I will keep it as an additional ref book, but don’t be disappointed when you receive it. It’s pretty lightweight.

These are 2 great books that taught me what carrier oils and essential oils are and what they’re used for. I had no idea essential oils can cure skin conditions such as acne and eczema. These books did a great job explaining which oils are best for what.
