Anti-Inflammatory Blend
This blend includes a combination of oils known for their anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. Use this blend neat or diluted to your preference with a carrier oil. Research on ginger essential oil found it prevented chronic joint inflammation. Ginger helps bring heat and stimulates circulation, which helps calm inflammation and pain. Research suggests that the limonene present in grapefruit helps to reduce inflammation and regulate the production of inflammatory cytokines.
How To Apply
Gently massage 2 or 3 drops around the back of the scalp and neck to support your blood-brain barrier. You can also apply clockwise around your belly button to support gut healing or over any injured area of your body to reduce inflammation and promote healing.

I’ve been committed to natural medicine for many years, with my goal being to provide my body with what it needs to heal and balance by eating well and avoiding toxins and using noninvasive natural remedies. I have two degrees in Biology and am an avid reader on natural health topics. Chock Full of Valuable Info & A Beautiful Book
The book arrived quickly and as soon as the package was opened, I was struck by itâs beautiful hardcover image. The pages are of a high quality nature and Iâm liking the page thickness. Images within the book are lovely, too.The author divulges a lot of educational material on organs and body systems. Way more interesting than my high school biology class! Finally, after reading this Iâm able to connect the dots on why my menopause years caused weight gain DESPITE regular exercise and consuming a decent diet of juicing, organic produce, and lots of celery sticks and carrots. The author shares information that every middle aged woman who has a meno-belly and cellulite that gets worse each year no matter how itâs tackled with seemingly positive lifestyle habits.Anyhow, Iâm developing new care routine habits using oils knowledge and recipes that are given in this book. Itâs well-written, great quality and tells the truth about energy interconnections and organ health. My sleep has been fantastic since applying oils to stimulate my parasympathetic system and, Iâll admit, the gentle massage feels like soothing self-care that Iâve denied my body all these years. Usually up 3-4 times a night but now am sleeping solid through the entire night.Wish Iâd known all this decades ago! Highly recommend this book and follow her social media if interested in more educational tips.

I just love this book, it’s everything I wanted in a book, easy knowledge to acknowledge without big Latin names and things. I think Jodi did an excellent job on this book, I haven’t finished it yet but I’m excited to dive in to it as soon as I can. Their’s detailed graphs, illustrations and recipes in this book which makes it easy to understand and makes for good reading. Teil1 beleuchtet die Ursache(n) unseres Krankseins, im wesentlichen ein völlig überfordertes vegetatives Nervensystem, das vor allem im “Erholungsbereich” erschöpft ist, was eben viele Baustellen und Symptome (und ggf. viele Diagnosen und Therapien) nach sich zieht. Der Leser lernt in einfachen Erklärungen viel über dieses parasympathische Nervensystem. In 5 Schritten erfährt der Leser nicht nur etwas über seinen “Erholungsnerv”, sondern auch über die anderen wichtigen Hirnfunktionen (Schlaf, Entgiftung, Energiehaushalt, Stimmungen, Stress, Ãbergewicht). Teil 2 geht ans konkrete Ãberwinden der Störungen, mit der gleichen übersichtlichen Gliederung aus Teil1. So kann jeder dort beginnen, wo es ihm am besten paÃt.Ich empfehle dieses Buch allen meinen (englischlesenden) Patienten, die sich für Heilung aus der Naturapotheke – sprich mit ätherischen Ãlen – interessieren. I had the opportunity to interview Jodie for my podcast and I could have spent hours talking about all the science behind it. There is so much information in the book which explains the physiology and how it all ties together that people can easily gloss over how much valuable information is in there.There is so much information in the book and it can easily be glossed over thinking that you know the information. Jodie was a fascinating guest and I will love to have her back. The information about lymphatic system and vagus nerve was an eye opener to me. I have always been a fan of functional movement and exercise as well as stretching and breathing this explains why I am able to feel more comfortable doing my breathing method after doing vagus nerve activation. The information about how blockages and inflammation negatively affect health was surprising.The improvements I am going to make with regards to essential oils is something I am looking for., I could never understand why oil pulling was so beneficial and this has cemented why these techniques are so important and easy to follow.I have had TMJ due to a physical injury and have resolved this with stretching and training to realign the body but it took me a while. I am seriously a big fan of this book and plan on having Jodie back as a guest or even as a guest in my Clubhouse club.This book has more to reveal and there is a bonus which is also in the podcast episode.
